This was at the Warren Rhode Island store. I was treated fantastically there when I upgraded from my Samsung galaxy to iPhone 13 pro max here’s what I said about the treatment Akeem Adedolin was just superb and made the upgrade process from my galaxy to the wonderful iPhone 13 pro max easy and perfect! I would recommend him for being just a fantastic employee

Akeem and Edwin were both extremely helpful, no pressure salespeople. They spend the time going over all the details and answered all my questions.

I switched my family over from Verizon to AT&T. Went from 3 to 4 lines. Only thing that bothered me was I had to pay an activation fee for my line. The other 3 lines were upgrades of devices but I already had an iPhone 13 pro max. Thought that should have been comped that since we we made the switch. Other than that Akeem from the Warren branch was great, and a pleasure to work with.

Akeem is the best! He was able to roll over my parents into my plan like a pro. He was very knowledgeable and able to work through the issues that came with the rollover. He was very professional when asked questions and didn’t try to sell me anything more than what I needed. A+ service.

Zach at this store is the absolute best! I had tried multiple times to get my issue resolved. I had gone to a different store, called the 800 and the 611 numbers multiple times but no one was able to help or just didn't want to take the effort. ONLY Zach at thie Metacom Ave store was able to fully resolve the issue. Thank goodness that he was willing to take the time and effort to not only fixe the issue but to provide needed education as to why. Thank you Zach!

Akeem was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone I wanted and helped me choose a case and screen protector to go with it. He was patient and very thorough explaining and walking me through the entire process. As long as Akeem is working at this store you will always have my business.

July 31 upgraded two phones to my business account, and it's still not fixed. Then Manger tried to offer me "free" screen saver then the bill came and the free stuff was on the bill.oh and my upgrades are still not fixed three days later and counting.
Business line too, I guess that doesn't matter.

Update: . Now two months later the billing is still wrong! And they added the wrong plan still trying to fix the account.

Jonah is an excellent person that AT&T needs. He handle customer in his own patient way. I went to many AT&T store before and its terrible. Since I knew AT&T store in Warren, the Warren AT&T store become my fav. Jonah personality is good, efficient and patient. He knows what he is doing and understand the entire technical issues.
