Very tranquil walk. Remarkably bug free. Its an easy and comfortable walk. We were shocked to see over a dozen deer! The air quality is nice and energizing. The paths weave through forrest and cut across salt marsh and brackish rivers and streams. Lots of critters everywhere. Fiddler crabs, blue crabs, herons, swans, deer and more. We saw a number of kayakers having a great time as well.

Beautiful little hike and didn’t run into people! Equally parts in the shade and in the sun! Lovely areas to stop and look at the scenery. Lots of little critters and even animal tracks to see.

Would advise sunscreen and tall socks! Was pretty muddy because we went after a day of rain!
