This review is solely based on my experience today with David G! I was the damsel in distress with a check engine light on and David G was a gentleman, funny, knowledgeable & kind.

Been here 6 different times for a belt. Each time, they gave me the wrong belt. It's like they were just guessing instead of actually looking it up to see what kind I needed.

These guys are honest brokers of a better kind. Very helpful. I have an older foreign car of which is a challenge to maintain, so I often find myself replacing the simple things. In this case it was the low beam headlight. Understand that a burned bulb on Mineral Springs is a recipe for North Providence finest to dig in an old guys wallet. Just saying. It's no secret. Anyway, to the point I had a gentleman (Anthony) from this location both field my call for my bulb search and proceeded to install the light upon my purchase. He had it waiting for me. This goes back to my earlier now edited post that this North Providence location is exceptional. Kudos to management who obviously knows how to spot talent. I upped initial four star to a new well deserved five star. God bless this place. North Providence needs these guys.

Needed a new battery for my Forbes & the lady changed it for me before I could even ask. So nice & friendly. Also had my car diagnosed because my engine light came on this morning & another lady helped me with it very quickly. Great staff!

My wife's battery ran down while she was across the street. I got the car to the parking lot and they replaced the battery at no extra cost other than the cost of the battery. Outstanding Service!

I had no idea what I was going for an engine air filter. I bought it and he changed it for me no cost!

Went all the way there after they SAID they had the sensor n didn't have it in stock. NOT HAPPY

The staff was wonderful helpful and so friendly. I know nothing about cars! Id prob be annoyed with my self had I been the associate lol none the less he took his time and also exchanged the wrong lights I bought for the rite lights and also installed them for just purchasing them there which I thought was awsome!

Went there yesterday. The leading expertise guy there was very helpful and went out of his way to help me out even though i spend only a couple bucks.

Manager tried buying my car once telling me it couldn't be fixed.friend of mine fixed it in 5 minutes.

These guys are all about customer service. They are not afraid to get out of the store to help with logistical part issues on your vehicle. They'll come out help you install basic things like air filters and windshield wipers. They installed my wipers (I could have done it myself but they offered) about a month ago. One of them flew off and went bye bye on I95. I went back and they replaced it for free with another gratis install. I hope this one stays on.

I go to see Darrel. I've been going to him for about a year to a year and a half now. Even though I moved 30 minutes away I still make the drive there just to deal with him specifically. Great place friendly staff!

All ways on their game, I work for woonsocket auto salvage if I need new or remain that come threw every time ;-)
