Hello I came in to get a battery and a young man by the name of Adrian helped me out. He knew quickly what battery I needed. Then with me asking he offered to install it free of charge. He then quickly and efficiently installed my battery, also using some grease and the terminals covers to help protect my battery. I highly recommend this autozone and this employee in particular. Thanks again Adrian for all your help

I visited this AutoZone on October 4th, 2022, in need of a new battery. The gentleman assisting me, Leland, gave exceptional service. He was professional and patient. And, as he changed my difficult battery in poor weather, his friendly disposition did not waiver. The experience left me relieved and grateful.

Stopped in yesterday when I lost a windshield wiper on the highway. Had no time to spare (I didn’t tell him that) and ran in AutoZone hoping they had the wiper I needed. Was immediately assisted by Adrian. He was prompt, polite, knew exactly where to find what I needed. Reviewed the different quality of wipers with me. And then totally knocked it out of the park when he says “I’ll install this for you”. He then went outside and installed it on my car so fast. Just wow…. Now thats excellent customer service. Again a very polite, kind, professional, efficient person. Thank you so much Adrian for your help, you truly made my day.

The other day my car wouldn’t start and I had to work in a few hours, so I went to autozone on post road, just to do a battery test. Upon checking my battery which was no good by the way the manger there named Adrian checked it out for me and offered to install it. He also checked, found and installed new wipers for me. He truly was a sweet heart and a life saver he did all that in time for me to goto work. Thank you again Adrian for all you help and I strongly recommend this guy and his establishment.

I was just there today. I needed 2 low beams for my kia sportage. Vickie was so helpful and very very nice. This is not the first time I have experienced exceptional service here. Sometimes looking for car parts can be intimidating for me. With the staff at this location I always feel like I am informed as well. Thank you again for a 5 star experience. Highly recommend this store!

I went in with my little boy to use the tool they offer when your check engine light comes on. Never used it before. A jackass named Roger who works there, hefty with greasy hair slicked back, not only wouldn’t show me how to use it when I asked but he was unnecessarily dismissive and rude about it. The tool didn’t work and it was freezing out, ended up leaving and will never be back

The staff they hire is not car attentive enough to answer questions - or realize they're selling you an incorrect part.

I got all my questions answered and they were very helpful finding the exact color code for my Avalon. Thank you

Good service overall, I have had a few times I received the wrong part but I was able to bring it back without any problems.

More efforts need to be put in updating their computer with what is actually available on the shelves to avoid customer's frustration and waste of time.specially when they are faced with an emergency repair. Hence, a bad reviews.

My local go to AutoZone store. Helpful crew. Let's me know which other AutoZone store has part if they don't. Will transfer it within 24 hrs if need be. Great company

Whenever I'm in need to purchase items for my vehicles, I always think of AUTO ZONE, Always greeted with a friendly hello and professional helpful advice when needed. A good store, with great prices for almost all of the Parts, batteries, brake pads and more that your car may need.if they don't have it, they'll Do Their Best to obtain it for You. A good way to do business.

Jermmie was fabulous! He went the extra mile to install headlamps and turn signal bulbs even though my car required the air filter housing, coolant reservoir and other items be removed to gain access to the lamp housings! Thank you soo much!

Mark & Bruce provided excellent service. Very knowledgeable on products replacing wipers with very specific type & adapters needed. Took time to show how to swap old for new. Had already been to another store that sold wrong wipers. Appreciated their service!
