I’ve been coming to this location for years. Based off an Unprofessional experience with “Jose” on August 21st around 430, I will be taking all of my family’s future business to Advanced Auto, and O’Raily’s.
Item shows in stock. Had ZERO. But had empty display box on shelf. I'll take their advice and get it at another store. Every other store in the list they showed me had one in stock. Brand new item just went on sale. If you advertise it. STOCK IT, especially when you send 3 emails for it. The worst store in the chain Johnston RI.
The store was busier than anticipated for the time of day and was not well staffed enough for the customers. I enjoy shopping at AutoZone for many of my vehicles needs but it is hard to recommend this location over others because it is often busy between both commercial and retail aspects.
The gentleman who helped install my battery tonight, 6-21-23 at about 530-600pm was excellent. He should get a raise! Thank you sir, great work
Four years ago: Very helpful staff here. They didn't try to oversell me stuff and actually helped me save money. Edited: Went back for a few more items on 5/01/2023 and Tony was super helpful.
