Besos Bistro, East Greenwich RI

It’s a good place for good food and good service. However, at the Sunday brunch today the music was way too loud. It was difficult to hear people sitting next to me over the heavy drum beat even after complaining to the staff.

We had a casual Monday night dinner planned and decided to eat at the bar. Just have to say Michael turned it into a lovely experience. Wonderful menu recommendations and fantastic service. Plus he’s just straight up nice. The hummus was excellent as was the fall salad. Se you again soon. Thanks for the great service.

It is my first time in besos and it couldn't be better, firt time in a restaurant that the chef comes out to your table and recommends different dishes in my personal opinion i feel so special, the food delicious ambient spectacular

Our first and previous experience on a weekend was great. This week we decided to go during the week and while the food was delicious, the wait staff struggled to service the patrons. Upon arrival, we were left waiting for 25 minutes for a drink and that seemed to set the stage for the service quality for the night. On this occasion, the poor service quality was not worth the premium on the bill. It's hard to point fingers at the staff as it appears to be staffing decisions made by management.

I was at beeps and i ordered paella, mussels and calamari, the food was spectacular the service was ok, but it really surprised me that the chef came out to ask how the food was and i loved it it made my day thansk for the experience chef annie

Really great experience at besos! Awesome place for a small group dinner, loved the tapas options and felt like there was so much to choose from. The cocktail and drink selection was great and loved the specials they had to offer. Highly recommend, loved the mussels and the buratta the most.

What restaurant does not answer the
phone or return messages? A restaurant that “is too big for their britches” as they say! I had a question on a reservation
mix up - left several messages - no return call - my solution - cancel and go where you are treated with respect. Too many good restairants to be hung up on one with awful cistomer service

We had Street Corn! It was my first time, and oh my goodness, so delicious! The chef came out and greeted us, and the waitress was super nice and friendly.

Yummy! Would love to go back. The shrimp were a tad over cooked but we didn't complain. Came here bc of an instagram ad

What a disappointment. My husband is Spanish so of course when we saw Besos Tapas & Wine Bar was on our route, we couldn’t wait to dine there. The Chef’s selection of Spanish meats and cheeses looked divine on their website, so we decided to start with that. I wish I had taken a picture of the dish that arrived. It looked so boring, each item laid out in a row, no attempt at an artistic design whatsoever. Unfortunately the food was no better than it appeared. The jamón serrano was thick and tough. The chorizo was bland and the crostini were so hard that we had to order other bread so we wouldn’t break our teeth. All in all, it was a waste of $100.

Went to Beso's for my wife's birthday dinner. Got there at 7pm and was a bit disappointed to find out that the steak entree was sold out. How do you sell out of steak at 7pm? It was so bad I had to order 2 items of the tapas menu to fill me up and I wasn't even full. The Paella for 2 was missing several key Paella things- one of which was the saffron rice. Barely any in the plate. Also no chicken and a scant amount of shrimp. If you want great paella- go to Spain restaurant in Cranston. Truly the best.

Beso's does have great drinks and servers, but not enough to give it a 3 star review. Atmosphere is nice and inviting, but the lack of food quality really brings this otherwise good restaurant down to 2 stars.

I showed up right when the kitchen was closing and they took care of me with no problem. Great food and great outside atmosphere, definitely recommended.

The guy making pizza here is a stud, might be the best pizza in Rhode Island. Definitely in the conversation

Great time, the food and drinks are great. First time there! I was very pleased with everything.

Had dinner with a group of friends and our kids last night. We were so well taken care of, Marissa and her service team are top notch! I love the new food menu that’s really focusing in on showcasing Spain, everything we had was delicious…I can’t stop thinking about my Caramel Banana Bread Pudding (recommendation: ask for a scoop of vanilla on top) it’s the best thing I’ve had in a long time. Cocktails and wine selections are well thought out and delicious and the ambiance makes you feel very special…keep up the great work. Can’t wait to go back.
