I've always been a very loyal customer to best buy as I always have received the best service. But please don't get anything installed there especially in the Warwick RI store, I got a remote starter installation and they messed it up, the doors from car won't lock with the remote. The remote supposedly that is closed but it;s not. I get it we are human and we make mistakes but the least that best buy can do is fit me in right away and make it right. They won't they don't have available appointments and I have to wait to get it re-checked.this is unbelievable they made a mistake on an install and I have to wait until the next available appointment. This is unheard of, I've called everyone and nothing. I have even emailed the General Manager and he doesn't even have the decency to reply to my email, I've called him and supposedly not there. I've called corporate head quarters and they don't help what type of customer service is that. This happened to me at another store 3 years ago and they fit me right in no problem. I deserve some type of compensation for this hassle. I already told everyone I know not to get anything installed at best buy, support local. Now I hope they will pay for my car if it gets stolen for making me wait 2 weeks to have them fix something that they messed up.

Arrived before posted opening time to find the hard to buy item I was waiting for was sold to scalpers before the posted opening time by over 2 hours.

Purchased a dryer that included delivery and set up. Purchasing on line was easy and delivery the next day was appreciated. The problem is with the delivery personnel. Two of the rudest, combative, disrespectful delivery people arrived with dryer. They were apparently upset because they were asked to go around to the door in the back of the business with the dryer. They got very angry when asked to close a gate behind them when entering the area where dryer was to be installed. This is an animal care facility and the gate keeps our charges from running off. In the end they refused to even bring wash in from outside. So the "instillation" consisted of leaving it boxed and outside on a rainy day. All concerns were expressed with best buy employees. There has not been a meaningful resolution. While I understand that these people that "deliver" are not best but employees they should still be held accountable for their lack of caring about best buys reputation. Unless best buy makes a real attempt to make this right I have spent my last dime there. IF YOU ARE GOING TO NEED DELIVERY I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU SHOP ELSEWHERE.

Wish I could give no stars, I came in last week looking for a couple of cases for my phone and the service was terrible all the way around. I dealt with 2 people and both seemed as though they couldn’t be bothered. I’m not shopping at this location anymore! Get your act together.

We 80-yr.olds were very well served. Despite the large crowd, someone came to assist us as we entered the store. AND they even found a way to deliver the very heavy item to our dwelling. Thank you.

I tried to get information about having a remote start installed in my car. The young salesman in that department was clueless. I asked questions about the warranty on parts & labor. He advised me that there was a lifetime warranty on the parts BUT if parts had to be replaced there would be a charge. HUH? "What about the lifetime warranty" I asked. He didn't know the answer, just a lot of hem and ha. Needless to say my remote starter will be installed somewhere else.

I recently visited the Best Buy on Route 2 in Warwick. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jake (an advisor). I have purchased many products from Best Buy over the years, but never met a sales person so customer oriented as Jake. He is polite, informative, and patient; most of all, he engages his customers without pressure. He is a stark contrast to the cardboard cutout clones (that pose as sales staff) I've been accustomed to at Best Buy. Thanks Jake!

Best Buy match prices of items that are sold and shipped directly from Amazon and other major retailers. Sales floor is clean and we'll organized. Selection of electronics is greater than Major big-box stores.
Return policy is one of the best.

I waited outside in the cold with 80 other people in anticipation of the XBox Series-X Halo Edition for more than 8hrs and got my console. Unbelievable but necessary at the moment.lol

Ordered a new LG LED TV for pick-up and it was ready in less than 5 minutes after I arrived at the store, the whole process was fast and simple.

The only downside was while using their Desktop Web Application through my laptop, for some reason the transaction didn't work that way, had to do it through the Mobile browser and that didn't make sense to me.

If I could give zero stars that would be more suiting! I had an appointment at apple earlier in the day, (which they made for me last week in the store while fixing my sons phone), I had to cancel do to dental surgery and thought I would give Best Buy a try. He the proceeds to tell me the price will be $99 to fix the back of my screen: HOW? !? If they’re an licensed apple dealer and apple is fixing them for $29. So then he said I don’t have apple care and there’s nothing he can do-super rudely by the way. I tried to explain to him that’s impossible I was just at apple afew days ago and they set up my appt! Attached are screenshots of the conversation with my phone carrier once I walked out. Wish I never went to Best Buy and I’ll never go back. One more good customer out of the store in favor of apple and Amazon. Guaranteed kid just didn’t want to do his job!

Never a disappointment! Ever.
Uses the best Italian tomatoes, cheeses, imported pastas and ingredients. Love their chicken parmigiana!
Italian desserts will make your day and everyone elses. Must try!

Purchased open box computer with windows 10, however found out it was windows 11 and not compatible with my work program.also purchsed Geek Squard policy. Returned the computer and service contract. Customer relations person credited the computer but said is was going to take an extra day for the service contract to credit my account and I would be called with confirmation. It never happened. Now I have to go back to store and find out what happened and most likely deal with my credit card company. There help for the most part is not experienced and there is no one checking these items to see if they are correct. Not a good experience and will limit purchases their as much as possible and if only absolutely needed. They use to be much better.

Great place to get electronics we went to get a receiver for my son there was only 2 in the store lol atleast one of them was the one we were looking for lol which was great the staff was extremely polite and helpful prices are pretty reasonable

Sara in the mobile department is amazing. Her customer service skills are the best I have encountered in any best buy ever. We had issues with my phone and she kept her cool and kept me cool at the same time. This employee definitely deserves recognition!
