They service both of my homes in RI. Today Chris Acosta came to do the quarterly service. He was on time, very professional, took care of all of my concerns, and set up my next appointment before he left.

We have the tick and mosquito protection plan. Chris Carrasco is the technician and he is the best! He is so thorough in applying the treatment. I request him because he is exceptional!

We have always had phenomenal service from Big Blue Bug over the years, taking advantage of their wonderful service plans. There specialist and front office staff arr great at their jobs. I rarely get the opportunity to meet personally with the unsung heroes of Big Blue Bug, the specialists. Today I had the distinct pleasure (and honor) of meeting one of BBB’s finest, Jorge “Chino” Taveras, Chino was so cordial, gracious, knowledgeable, and helpful. His tips on how to handle issues with mice were phenomenal. He did such a thorough job of investigating and mitigating the risks of further problems. My hat is off to BBB for having this exceptional young man on staff. Chino, you are the best! Kudos to all of the specialists who have graced our property.
