Big Tony's Pizza, Providence RI

I came from NY to visit Rhode Island and ordered a $60 dollar order of burgers with fries for me and my family and this is what I get? No Mayo no ketchup no lettuce in a dry hero? Come on guys you don’t do this to people. This is a bad representation of RI. This doesn’t even look close to what the food in the menu looks like. I feel like these guys ripped us for our money. I ordered a cheese burger with everything not this smh the burger meat is extremely dry. I would not recommend eating from here, very over priced. Save your money.

There was great conversation with the man and young lady at the registers while we wait for food. The food was delicious and we can't wait to go back.

My boyfriend simply asked a question why the price was so expensive 1 snap pizza and a large pizza and the manager literally said HAVE YOUR WIFE COOK THINGS ARE EXPENSIVE. How is the owner going to speak to a customer in such a disrespectful way. I will never buy again from there. For you to own a business and speak to customers in that way you have zero respect for customers. Pizza is burnt and not cut correctly wasted almost $45 dollars for a pizza I had to throw away because my kids didn’t want to eat it because it’s burned

What’s the managers name? Rami? Something like that. I’ve ordered countless times- cash and card. Why he decided to disrespect me tonight I don’t know but the problems yours now rami.

Drove to Big Tony’s Pizza all the way from New Bedford, Ma and I would do it again and again and again! The food here is amazing! The pizza is delicious and the chicken wings are exquisite probably the best I’ve had in Providence in a long time. If you’re in the area or if you’re like me and you are not from the area you definitely need to check this place out

Placed an order over the phone, paid card then two hours passed. Called because didn’t get anything they said they never got my order but I was charged. They were so dismissive, but the transaction was posted on my card

So this might be the last time I get food here. I ordered food at 8: 19 pm and the delivery driver didn’t get here until 10: 16 pm. Management was notified about the situation and still expected me to pay $30.00 for cold food and food that took 2HOURS to get to my house. Their solution was to remake me the food and redeliver the food. Smh terrible management. Do the right thing Big Tony’s.

Not happy with the Fish & Chips.it was a frozen piece of what they said was fish.
I just know NOT to EVER, EVER get that again! But as usual, the rest of the food is always good

I have been going to big Tony’s for the past 5 years and the pasta pizza is exceptional! The steak and cheese is also a great option!

Pizza is great. I usually get the steak sandwich or the Italian and they are both wonderful. They also have some vegan falafel options for my wife as well. The wings are awesome too. Friendly staff and open late!

I placed an order for pickup over the phone, the person behind the phone picked up rudely and when I drove there for my order and ready to pay they say that no one entered the order. They wanted me to wait another 20 mins for my order. I’m never returning. And I saw cockroaches in the corner when I was leaving.

I came to this place to look for a delivery and one of the employees gave me a delicious piece of pizza The crust is wonderful I really liked it I know where to eat pizza from now on also the staff is super friendly
