Been there many times and everything was great. Very disappointed today food was cold when served and service was more interested in the kitchen than providing service to paying customers.

Horrible experience with a waiter Named “Mark G” the food was ok but the overall experience was terrible as this waiter clearly did not want to there, after numerous mistakes that he made he never thought once to bring over a manger instead we saw him ranting to one of his co-workers, I come often here with my family never a bad experience but this was a deal breaker never coming back.

Wonderfull service attentive staff food was enjoyable and came in timely manner restraunt clean and open with barriers between tables fealt safe and would highly recommend coming here they just went to a full menu as well so there's really something for everyone!

Absolutely delicious orange glazed pork chop! It was literally the best cut/chop I've had ever. Everyone in the family tried a piece and agreed that when we come back, we are all ordering one. I wish the avocado egg rolls were a little more crispy, but the rest of everyone's done was great as well (including the peanut chicken sobe noodle dish and mediterranean tacos). Thank you for a fantastic dinner!

Let me start by saying the service and food was great, now I will tell you my complaints, The first was the menu, the print is so small you could not read it. There were 9 of us trying to read the menu with our cell phones because it was dark in the area where we were sitting. The next complaint was I have never been to a restaurant where they charge for bread, we were each charged 95 cents for this.

Super fantastic service! Our waitress was so kind and patient with all of the questions the folks in my party had. They had a reduced menu due to being short staffed but there was something for every taste. This was my first visit but it definetly won't be my last. Thank you so much.

How can you only have side salad but not a regular salad with chicken but you can make a hamburger but not chicken cant make pasta every time its something its ridiculous i been 10 times its always something I know low help but if you can make burgers should be able to grill chicken make pasta make mozzarella sticks

Food was warmish, other tables were served much faster. We were told the wait was due to them being out of fries? 45 minutes for 4 sandwiches.

Where do I start.about a year ago I tried Bjs Brewhouse in Attleboro, MA. All of my co-workers said it was good, so instead of my usual 5 Guys Burger and Fries (which never disappoints), I decided to give BJs a shot.ordered a bacon cheeseburger medium rare.pretty straight forward. I probably said "no tomato no onion". The burger was heavily overcooked. Far from medium rare, if anything it was well-done. Not a spec of pink on the inside.

Today, roughly a year later, since there is a BJs in Warwick in the same plaza of my job, I decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves.

I ordered the exact same thing. I'm pretty predictable lol.

Safe to say I gave Bjs another chance and was terribly dissatisfied yet again. The burger was ridiculously overcooked and dry as dirt.

Someone needs to tell your chefs what "rare" and "medium-rare" means for red meat.

I will never order again. Boneless garlic parm wings w ranch were decent.but definitely never ordering again.learned my lesson.

Food snd service was very good. Limited menu because of "chain shortage" products availability. My only complaint was giving me a paper straw. Hated them as a kid and still do
Nothing worse than a soggy bent straw half way through the drink.

I sat at the bar with Cole (she’s a peach). Ordered takeout ribs and chicken. Good food and awesome service. Please check this place out!

Absolutely the worst place i have eaten! Slow service, iced cold burgers and fries. Was told they ran out of fries! Never going back!

I don’t generally write bad reviews but the way these people treat customers is very bad! We waited for 15 mins to be told that there are no seats and that their kitchen would close now! There were literally no one waiting before us and quite a few were already leaving, on asking to be seated in those tables we were told that the sections were closed! Highly disappointed, would not return to any BJs restaurants here on

I've only tried a couple of things on the menu but everything is relatively solid. The broccoli and cheddar soup is especially good. Great selection of draft beer. Only 2 stars due to lack of service. Today at the bar the bartender could not have provided worse service. She was pleasant enough and nice enough but completely inattentive. It was uncomfortable watching other people wait 7 or 8 minutes for her to even come over and greet them because she was talking. Only 7 people at the bar. Also our dishes sat in front of us dirty for at least 20 minutes after we were done.

Staff were friendly and prompt, food was fantastic and the drinks were great.it was a great place to go for an impromptu date night!

Placed order, received food and had to ask for silverware. Found a hair in my food. First and last time I will go there.

Jess was our waitress she was very pleasant, always there and kind of cute. Thought the sambuca and coffee was quite overpriced less than a shot of sambuca cup of coffee$11 in my opinion quite overpriced

100% recommended. Great food, and extremely cleaned restaurant; with friendly and efficient staff. Amanda Dee, our server was very attentive, courteous and complacent.

My waitress was nice but no ice in drink no salt and pepper shaker because they said they couldn't find any in the building so they gave me salt packets. The food was ok and then waited 20 min for my check. It was our first time there and most likely our last.
