I'M LETTING MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRE. EACH WEEK THAT I SHOP TO HAVE ITEMS DELIVERED, I HAVE AT LEAST TWO THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN STORE BUT "OUT OF STOCK" IF I CHOOSE DELIVERY (I UNDERSTAND HEAVY ITEMS HAVING AN EXTRA FEE, BUT IF THE ITEM IS IN THE STORE THERE IS NO REASON WHY IT CANNOT BE DELIVERED (IM TALKING GROCERY ITEMS). ADITIONALLY, WHEN CHECKING OUT, YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE DELIVERY ON EACH INDIVIDUAL ITEM. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO MAKE THE CHOICE OF PICK UP OR DELIVERY. ONCE! So BECAUSE I MISSED AN ITEM TO CHOOSE DELIVERY, NOW I HAVE TO GO TO THE STORE WHICH DEFEATS THE ENTIRE PURPOSE. I'M DONE. AND TO TRY AND REACH SOMEONE FOR HELP OR TO INTERCEPT? FORGET IT. YOUD THINK THAT SOMONE LOOKING AT THE ORDER WOULD WONDER WHY 7 OUT OF 8 ITEMS WOULD BE DELIVERED AND O E TO PICK UP? C'MON. MY BUSINESS IS GOING ELSEWHERE

Price of a real reasonable and they had some nice clothes in there, and I highly recommend it for family to save money

I have never given Bjs permission to charge an annual fee on my card, four years in a row this has occurred, every time I speak to customer service at Coventry RI location. Several weeks ago I went to their store and I informed them I am moving out of state and I want to cancel my membership. They just charged another yearly fee.

My weekly stop for produce & other grocery essentials. Use the BJs app to clip coupons to save more every week.

This store is disgusting.
They are allowing dogs in store in violation of rhode island law.
Saw a dog coming in at door and told checker was told management told them to ignore dog owners and allow. Talked to manager and at first he tried to tell me their allowed. Until I pointed out r.i. Law then was told they are stoped if noticed at door total b.s. As we were talking a dog came by us and he did nothing didn't even tell them dogs are not allowed.
Will no longer shop here

This review is actually about BJ's.com. I recently purchased a TV online and questioned the amount of sales tax I was charged. I was charged tax on the full retail price and not the sale price. Since that time, I called their customer service number at least 5 times, only to be kept on hold a ridiculous amount of time, hung up on or promised a supervisor would call be back yet nothing is ever done. This stopped being about the sales tax issue 3 phone calls ago and is now about the horrible and disrespectful level of service I have received.

REGARDING BJ'S DELIVERY SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION:

I received a quick response to my initial complaint about never receiving my order, even though it was marked as delivered. However, after sending my response to the customer service representative requesting my delivery to be redelivered, I did not receive a response. It has now been 3 days since I placed my order and expected delivery of my groceries and I still haven't received any confirmation that my food is going to be redelivered to my home. This is very upsetting to me. Especially since I am a single mother of two children. Due to this delay in delivering my groceries, BJ's is now interfering with feeding my children. This is the second time I have ever used this delivery service from BJ's. Unfortunately, after this experience, it will most definitely be my last!

I placed an order for online pickup, as I have in the past, being sure to check off the coupons for each item, as usual. When I checked my receipt at home, I found that only one had been taken off. When I contacted the service desk Sydney insisted that I must have put in the coupons wrong and that there is nothing that can be done. Customer Service indeed!

Awful customer service. Service desk is so bad and lazy. They get mad at you for going to the desk for help. The only reason it is there. The representative at the desk was so rude, unhelpful, and unclear that the customer behind me. Stopped me as i was walking away discourage by bjs employee and explained. What the employee either could not explain or would not explain. She purposefully left me confused and it was obvious. Im glad new markets are opening up near me. Im growing tired of the decrease in employee attitude. However this woman has worked there a long time and she has always been the same level of rude. She needs to be retrained. She has no customer appreciation. Infact she hates us.

The only reason I gave it a star was so I can leave a review. I give you NO stars BJs. I had to leave my cart full of stuff behind because BJs didn't have any cashier's working. I don't do self checkout for three reasons. 1, I don't like to put groceries on my credit card, 2, I never have exact change, and 3, I DON'T WORK THERE! You have disappointed me over, and over again, BJs! This time I have had enough! I will NOT be renewing my membership!

Well. Went in the store today. Coventry Ri Denny at customer service informed me that I am. Not allowed to exchange any food products. Chicken was bad they made exception. So I avoided any perishables bought shoes and left!

Great deals when you buy in bulk. Big tv selection. Cashier was friendly, quick and personable.
