Waited over a month for a line to be ran and a switch put in to operate the new line. Removed my tiles in a trench to allow easy access and save my tiles. They ran the line. But broke the tiles under or over the trench making said trench bigger. Replaced my light switch for some reason and never added the new switch to the new line. Threw my hardware I had on my counter in the garbage. Swept up my broken tiles and replaced my decorative switch and outlet covers with plain plastic ones. Had to fish my shelving hardware and whatever tiles weren't broken out of the garbage. Paid over 400$ just to have my tiles broken and a permanently live wire installed. If they had just asked I could have safely removed the tiles in minutes, but now I may have to replace all the tile in my bathroom. Called to ask them to come atleast install the switch and they said I might have to pay again and would have to wait over a week anyways. Hired somebody else to come in and put a switch in and told them to not come back.

Contacted them via their website, they sent response thanking me and assuring me that someone would contact me soon. It's been at least 4 weeks and only contact I got is them asking me for a review. I would say I'm not satisfied

I called and was treated very well from their first, "Hello. " They came and examined my 6 electrical outlets that I thought were not working. They went straight to work, examined the outlets, pushed the reset buttons fixing the nonbroken outlets. They thanked me for calling them and asked for my future business, and they did not charge me a thing! They were refreshing!

Pat is great at coordination and easy to work with. She followed up and coordinated some calls to help get things done in a pinch. Jared and Cameron were awesome leads pulling together a plan and getting it executed with the rest of the guys, and also following up w the utility to square away final details.

Called to have a fixture installed and to fix an outside outlet that no longer worked. They called to let me know when they would be at my house. When they arrived, they did the job in a timely manner and showed me and explained everything that was done. Very professional and likable. Definitely will use this company again.

Had this company come out here today not only did they use without asking my personal bathroom but asked me to give him space to leave my room never heard such a thing with that I refused to leave him in my room alone so he left watch out for these guys.

Asked for quote for 30 amp dedicated circuit in initial email, had to re-explain what i wanted when they called which is fine, they came out quick to do the quote and hardly said anything. Emailed me the quote pretty quickly, but they quoted me for the wrong amp and i had three other quotes lined up with the right details so i figured it wasn't worth explaining again.

Seemed professional, were quick to respond and come out, but you will need to be on top of what work they do because it doesn't seem like they listen.

The B&K team installed an outdoor GFI outlet and changed some wiring to support an awning. Great work and very professional

B&K were great. Of all the electricians I called they were responsive, professional, showed up on time, and answered all my follow ups via email/phone promptly. B&K came and did a knob and tube inspection at our house, the team wore boot covers, explained exactly what they needed, and got the job done efficiently. I'll call them for any future work.

Technician was great and friendly and did get the job done, however I called them because my usual electrician was not available and I needed an outlet put in asap for a new microwave I had scheduled for delivery, they arrived at my house and quoted me $300 which I thought was high but again I really needed it done and they were there so I approved them to do it, ended up being $400 with the $100 dispatch fee, it took the technician about 20 minutes to install this one outlet that already had the wire there from the fan I had there prior. Extremely over priced and will not call them again.
