I have seen Heather for years for hair and she's incredible at her job; I'm always thrilled with how she does my hair and look forward to my appointments. Nina at the front desk is kind, funny, and always reliable; she's a true gem and contributes significantly to the high caliber experience you have when you walk in the door and when you leave.

Tara is AMAZING! She gave me the best, most relaxing massage while still getting out the knots in my back. I rebooked immediately with her. I highly recommend her, she's amazing and so kind!

Manager Trish is not at all into helping customers of over 15 years and counting. Extremely rude, won’t even discuss the issue and will make notes in accounts that are false. When asked to speak to the owner about a particular issue she stated “ if you have a problem go somewhere else “.
Not at all into customer service. Simply wants her commissions from bookings! Be very careful and watch what they say they will charge to when they actually charge you! It’s quite different as they have hidden fees.

Friendly staff, clean and I have never had a bad service over the years. I’ve had a massage, facial and nail appointment.
