The tunnel car wash is HIGH END - state of the art! I get a new car every two years, and I'm OCD when it comes to my vehicles cleanliness in/out. I like it always looking like it just came off the showroom floor, and this place never disappoints! I have been through many car washes in the country, and this tunnel is STATE OF THE ART! The owner, manager, and staff KNOWS
that a vehicles is a customers prize possession, and they do everything to keep it that way!
When I relocated here, I was totally new to the area. Before I knew about Blue Wave, I was running errands and passed Bristol Car Wash on Metacom and wanted a wash. Ugh - worst car wash ever! And, forget about getting any assistance as there's no one ever there, and the place doesn't respond to calls or messages. So, go to Bristol Car wash, and others —then come here! There's no comparison!
When I learned about Blue Wave, I was eager to try by the stellar word of mouth feedback! I was so pleasantly pleased by the service & care, the actual tunnel wash, and the complimentary CLEAN towels and spray cleaner to use.
You also get a complimentary free vacuum with the purchase of a wash. Just ask one of the staff members, and they will gladly get you a token for one.
I honestly laugh at some of these reviews. The best one was the deep scratches that look like it was done with a razor blade. You don't need to know the physics about a wash tunnel to know it can't do that!
And, if you're so unsatisfied with the wash itself, did you try to address and rectify the issue or concern with a staff member or the manager? This place thrives on ALL customer feedback! Most businesses don't take the time to respond to customer feedback whether it's good or bad but this place does. So, just look at the managers' responses on here, that speaks volumes and his willingness to make every single person's experience a good one even though you can't make everyone happy in life regardless of what you do/offer.
Rest assured, your vehicle is in good hands and extremely safe going through the tunnel wash. And, for any reason you're not satisfied - they will make it right!
I have seen some difficult customers during my trips to the wash, and every time, it was handled calmly & professionally!
I contacted the car wash a couple of times since I've been going about their packages and wash books, and every time, they have called me back within a couple of hours of inquiring. I like the options the car wash offers if you need to contact them.
Both times, I contacted the wash about packages, David took the time to call as well as email me with the information.
Before David knew I was a customer, I was at ACE hardware looking for help with my telescoping Pressure Washer Wand that no one knew about but David was kind to take the time to help and also give me names of places that could help get the fittings I need. Even outside of the business, Blue Wave is always so kind.
They always have great promotions going on, ontop of their highly affordable washes and packages!
Thanks to the amazing staff for always doing a fantastic job and working so hard to keep our cars sparkling ️

You’ll get better water pressure at your house. This place sucks! It’s a dollar a minute for the self wash. Your better off driving 40 minutes somewhere else then going here.

Edited to add: I went back (on my own dime) and ran the car through the automated gizmo. The kids manning the helm were great and the the wash itself got the job done far better than most places do. Definitely give this place a shot if you need a quick, efficient, and not too pricey wash ($12-15 + a tip for the kid manually scrubbing your car).

It was everything you'd expect from a coin-operated car wash, but slightly more run down. That said, it got the job done with about 32 quarters.

The tunnel wash does a very good job. Also they have towels and glass cleaner at no charge.

Clean, cheap little car wash. Well run. Everything is functional. They have 3 bays, a few vacumns, and a drive-thru car wash. Perfect if you're in need of a quick wash.

Systems are old and broken. Just wanted a quick was and a rinse but got soap and wax, no rinse in the stall I was in. Had to go to another stall to rinse and now my car is spotted with wax I didn't want.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Went through the drive through car wash in bristol yesterday when i was done i was wiping down my car and notice several deep scratches that went down to the metal, all along the top of my door where it meets the roof on both sides. The employee told me this happens a they have an auto body shop they send cars to when this happens. Went there today and the general manager was SOO RUDE tried to tell me he paid a lot of money for his wipers so they couldn’t have done this but they obviously did since i hand washed my car days before n those scratches weren’t there. The only way those scratches would have got there is from some type of scrubbing. They said I was a liar and told me to screw myself. Such good customer service.

Awful! There are three bays to wash your car. Only the sprayer worked in one. Number 2 bay the brush only worked. The last one nothing worked. Wasted my morning.

Unbelievably bad. There were two guys working and one of them told me to roll my window down to pay. After I rolled my window down, the other guy began spraying my car with the soap and since my window was down it got all over me and the interior of my car. I hope the owner/ manager sees this and hires people who actually respect their customers.

Terrible service. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Will never go back. I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a different car wash.
