My favorite neighbor goes there, at least 3 times a week! I saw his truck there and joined him & his wife for supper! I've always enjoyed it, but my favorite is when they offer whole belly clams! OMG

So I ordered two large one topping pizzas and my order came to $38. I did not look on the website before I ordered so when I went back to see how much the pizza cost it they had specials for 24.99 for 2 large 1 topping.they failed to tell you on the phone that they have specials for you to order. I asked a guy on the phone why he did not tell me about the specials. He's then told me the owner says they do not give it to you unless you ask for them. Let's just say I won't order from here again

Honestly, I normally like this place, classic House pizza, good prices. But I'm not sure if there has seen a change in management or food brand, but my last 2 visits were disappointing to say the least. Buttery crispy crust has become bland dry wood bread. Giving 3 stars because past memories of BH have always been positive. Hopefully they turn it around soon.

Received a roast beef sandwhich which was made wrong and tasted funny. Called to let them know and was told no it was sliced fresh this morning. Felt sick after eating not even half the sandwhich. Was not offered a replacement or refund. Even though the driver was coming back with fries that evidently wasn't heard when I ordered. Called back next day to speak with owner and the manager Josh is very rude and not accommodating. Wants to prove you wrong or put blame on the customer. Pizza was nasty too. Food is not consistent quality. Owners are suddenly MIA. I will get my money back! And I will never order there again. Being treated like that left a bad taste in my mouth never mind the food. Should I have begged for my dinner that I paid for to be corrected. Geeessss. I run 4 breakfast restaurants. So I get the cost of inventory. Customer Service is just as important. That kid would be fired!

Got the fish and chips there were great! But paid extra for onion rings instead of the French fries that's ok but they were frozen ones and for what I paid I wont get onion rings next time but definitely would get the fish! That's y I only gave them a 3 on this one but if you want a vegetable deluxe pizza no one but no one in this state can beat their's!

Sad how they treat there customers. Brought half the order back over cooked and burnt. On the phone understanding until I got there and just brushed my complete off. Cook gives A nasty stair.brought food back to show then. 60.00 later. Never again. Know people can complain but when u bring g it back and it's in your face. REALLY? BAD BAD BAD.customer service and food. Customer should always be right in a good business. But this time u had proof and didn't give money back on 1 item and replaced the other item which fine. I'll eat tomorrow but u could have offered a refund since my dinner was ruined and I had to go back. Shame on u.

Just had some wings oh my gosh they were beyond DELICIOUS! I'm not big on spicy so I got the mild buffalo with blue cheese! This will be a definite in my future! YUM YUM YUM.

Thank you very much we had an amazing experience here and the food was amazing. We had great Service, If you want to be treated like a valued guest this is the spot for you. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a solid meal. You did not feel rushed you could enjoy your meal. The food was delicious, and the prices are reasonable as well. We will be returning soon.

I just love Boston House of Pizza. I have been going there for 30 years. The food is great and the workers are very friendly.

This place is definitely not what it use to be and I'm all set. Last week ordered a pizza and there was no sauce at all. Super dry. They gave me an $8 dollar credit towards the next. The following week I ordered and the pizza was so soggy and wet. So gross! ️

Food, service and prices are all good. First time eating there was in February of 1983 and nearly 40 years later still enjoy grabbing a bite now and then.

My girlfriend purchased us a steak n cheese along with a small pepperoni pizza. The steak had onions mushrooms and cheese they didn't add mayo at all and I definitely asked for some. The steak was rubbery & old like they pre- cooked it. The submarine roll was hard dry, and disgusting. I'm so tired of fast food tasting so disgusting. I would like fast food places sub shops and restaurants to focus on QUALITY NOT QUANTITY. I don't mind waiting for my food especially if it's going to taste ok or good thank you.

Ordered a small personal Pizza The pizza was too salty Could not eat it so I just threw it in the trash I will not order from them again
