Just with our first visit I am feeling hopeful. The dr was caring and understanding while providing the facts. The women at the office are beyond the kindest on the phone. They take the time to explain each step and what to expect.

I didn't recommend them at all! The most important thing is the money! And they have rude employees, the doctor did not care about you. He leaves you a voice message! When you want to ask about something or explain he does not call you back. After all of that, IVF failed, and it cost us $25,000 with the medication! My experience was with Dr. Riley and his staff and the rude person Eileen, since one year ago

Dr Frishman is the best! Super friendly, kind, caring, empathetic and great bedside manor. He is patient although he can talk at Frishman speed he makes sure you understand everything discussed. We have one miracle baby boy and are working on a second and could r be happier with Dr. Frishman.

Started going to Boston IVF and everyone has been so kind and helpful. Had to get some blood work and ultrasound done and I just wish I was able to have my husband in the same room. I don’t know if it’s because of Covid or other policies but it would be nice to have my husband there in the rooms for moral support.

Hopefully people get my reference but if you have watched Schitts Creek then you know the iconic scene where Patrick sings to David “you’re simply the best” well if I could I’d serenade BIVF Providence location every single day with this song because I truly can not thank them enough! Background I’ve dealt with “unexplained” infertility for 3 almost 4 years! I went to a very well known clinic before BIVF and they couldn’t explain anything, never had answers, I never spoke to my doctor and had a different nurse with different instructions all the time. We pay out of pocket, insurance doesn’t cover so leaving a clinic with no success and no answers was crushing! When I finally felt like I was ready to give it ONE more try my husband and I decided to go with BIVF. It was night and day! Dr. Luzzo is so kind, listened to every one of my concerns and finally was able to get me a diagnosis. Nurse Wendy always called me back, always got me instructions and always had my back! Heidi the ultrasound tech is truly a ray of sunshine on your toughest days, she always always made me feel comfortable and reassured. Chrystal the phlebotomist is a gem! I try not to have favorites but Chrystal was my favorite face to see. Taylor the receptionist is kind and understanding and the best reassurer ever! I don’t think I have anything bad to say about this place minus the people who do the payments but that has nothing to do with this review. Dr. Luzzo and her team finally got me our miracle, currently 7 weeks and officially graduated from the clinic. I was nervous coming here once I saw the reviews but their knowledge, kindness and overall amazing staff made IVF this time a breeze. We have been trying for 4 years and 3 months (not that I was counting) and never ever in our journey had answers or success until we came here. Thank you BIVF and the providence team for making our dream come true. Thanking you doesn’t seem like enough of a way to show how much Kyle and I appreciate you and all you did. I will leave you with this thought, while infertility is frustrating and crushing remember the staff you see who are trying to help you are people too and have a ton of patients and a little bit of kindness and understanding go a long ways!

Came to my appointment for blood test and I need to use the bathroom first, the front desk lady completely ignored me and the phlebotomy technician was rude and told me I can’t use the bathroom because is the COVID-19 protocolo. Really?
