Negative experience. Boxlunch & Hottopic banning customers from shopping online-without telling them. Boxlunch & Hottopic immediately canceling orders a second after they send out the successful confirmation email- giving only the option to buy in-store. Will no longer be recommending these stores to my friends/family/whoever else I speak to. Don't shop at Boxlunch & Hottopic. Horrible customer service to boot- wouldn't place the order over the phone. Online banned from making purchases yet Boxlunch & Hottopic still emailing and texting daily about their offers and rewards- that can't be used online!

Super quality unique merchandise. You can find everything from disney to anime stuff here. Awesome selection. The prices are a bit higher but the quality is infinitely better than other stores. When I was there the staff seemed genuinely passionate about the cool stuff they sell. The set up of the store is nice too. The displays are set so that there is still enough room to move around and breathe. Super comfortable shopping experience.
