Broadway OB/GYN, Providence RI

I like my Doctor, she has been very professional and helpful, Dr. Dizoglio (female) ; unfortunately it seems the office is now under new management and they have NO sick visits for established patients. This is not good patient care. I called and was told she was booking in to September and December. I had a recent ultrasound that is very concerning to me, Dr. Dizoglio will be calling me sometime today to review; however, I have pelvic pain and lower back pain and they would not see me, they DO NOT OFFER SICK VISITS, not even with another MD or NP. I was told to go to the ER and unless they plan on paying my $200.00 co-pay for the ER visit, I will chose to continue managing the pain on my own. Needless to say this is my good bye review since I will start looking for a new OBGYN office where patient care is a priority.

It was honestly one of the worst experiences I ever had at a doctors office. Upon finding out that I was pregnant and being of course, excited, after my visit, I knew for a fact that I most Certainly did not want this place seeing me for my appointments let alone delivering my child. The doctor was great, very nice, very personable. However, the staff, most specifically the ones at the front desk that are supposed to make you feel welcome, the lady who took my blood and the nurse who I saw at my second visit were impersonable, rude and had no decorum, or anything pleasant about them whatsoever. My greeting was "Can I have your ID and insurance card". I had to be the one to say "Good morning, how are you? ". Apart from seeing the doctor it was all bad, pretty much the same treatment. My second and final visit with the nurse was even worse. She spoke to me as if I was an uneducated shmuck that had no idea about anything having to do with birth/birth process, she made a snarky comment about "you guys" referring to the fact that I'm black and my descent is from the Caribbean, and she made belittling statements about my choice to be a vegan. "Ugh what can we do for you? " She said when trying to think about protein options for me! It was horrible and I'm glad that I found a midwife at RI home birth (COMPLETELY DIFFERENG EXPERIENCE) who just Gets it! If I had to deal with Broadway and their people, I would be so stressed out, so disappointed and would most certainly not be given the birth experience that I would like to have which would cause an onslaught of bad vibes for my baby, make my pregnancy stressful and most likely end up with All the complications that they say are possible so that they can drug me up and pump me up with all types of medications and interventions that if the process and the people themselves weren't so slack and rude, I wouldnt even have been feeling that way in the first place. Horrible place, horrible customer service. I will never recommend anyone here.

Dr. Noonen is great! She really listens and cares about your healthcare. The office staff could be a little friendlier but most of them always seem uninterested or too busy to be friendly. Having their own parking lot is awesome and the building is very clean and easy to get to.

I’ve been going here since I was a teenager and I’ve seen almost all of the drs and I’ve never had a bad experience. If you’re pregnant it’s tough to get an appointment with your dr of choice especially if it’s any of the women drs, so they will schedule you with some of the others. I didn’t mind because they are all very nice and explain things well. They all take your problems very seriously. My absolute favorite here is Dr. Beata Dizoglio. I’ve been seeing her for years and she is kind and always takes the time to explain everything.
The only negative I will say is expect long wait times in the waiting room. But this is common in many dr offices.

I am shocked at some of these reviews. I have seen Dr. Gange for the past 5 years and she is wonderful. I just had my yearly visit. She is warm yet professional and very thorough and really listens. Today I woke up with UTI symptoms. I called the office and spoke with Elizabeth. She was warm and concerned. Within 10 minutes she called me back letting me know Dr. Gange called in my script. I will say that the medical assistant/nurse who takes you vitals is a bit cold but she is professional and thorough.

They are horrible with following up with pregnancy. They kept rescheduling my appointments, including the appointments they already rescheduled, with less than 24 hour notice. They also made it close to impossible to transfer offices. There is no diversity in the staff or doctors. The staff are very rude.

I never leave one star reviews, but the office staff here scarred my first time pregnant wife. The doctors are very good, Dr. Courtney Noona was phenomenal. But unfortunately the staff made this place a horrible experience. We switched to lifespan midwives and have been much happier since. I only leave this review not out of spite, but out of general concern for other women searching for an OBGYN practice in providence. Recommend Lifespan instead.

If you like being a number and not a person, this is the place for you. You want to talk to a Dr? Good luck getting by the front desk, only if they feel like its ok to pass you along will you be able to, maybe, talk to a Dr.

Dr. Brosco is great! I've been his patient for 23 years. They delivered my two babies and I have NEVER had a problem with prenatal care or GYN care.

They cancelled my appointments without notifying me, pushed back my prenatal care and didnt offer to reschedule. The receptionist was unsympathetic and could care less about inconveniencing my family.i do not reccomend this office.their system is unaffective and their care is poor.

I've been going here for 15 years. The doctors are great. I've called almost weekly for questions about my pregnancy and always get responses from the doctors in a timely manner. I had several concerning symptoms and they got me in to see doctors right away.

Very hard to get an appointment. Have to wait months before being seen. Then secretary calls and tells me that the dr.has a "family emergency on the day of my appt" when my appointment was for another two weeks. When I called to reschedule I had to wait two months in order to be seen. Mind you this appointment is supposed to be my first appointment and I still haven't had one!

Couldn't be more disappointed in this place. Have a 11: 00 appointment at hospital and are waiting for paperwork from the doctor that was suppose to already be here.tried calling and they hung up on us 3 times. Finally the monkey that work there sent the paperwork 45 mins after. Almost missed the appointment. They must think that it's easy to take a day out of work and just keep going back and forth

Ended up in the hospital with severe pains, felt like I was in labor but wasn't even pregnant. Called for a follow up appt, they wanted me to wait 2 1/2 months! Never again.

So hard to get an appointment. Their online system does not let you choose a date. Calling gets you nowhere but on hold. The receptionist have terrible attitudes. Positive part -The doctor was nice. I really wish medical offices would work on improving their offices staff's customer service. This place is so frustrating to deal with. I will not be going back.
