Bullocks Point Townhomes, Riverside RI

Recently toured this property, fairly skeptical after seeing some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Amanda was very informative, she answered any question or concern I had and was very knowledgeable not only about the property but about the area itself. The property was very beautiful and it seems like they are putting in some work. Scheduling a tour was easy and I appreciated Amanda’s willingness to work within my schedule so I could view the apartment. Overall my experience was great and a top contender in my apartment search.

I’m in love with the town home. I can’t wait to move in there with my family its clean outside and inside the home its beautiful. The staffs there are wonderful woman’s. Amanda she is really nice she was really patient with me along with my kids while showing me the home with no problem she made me and my kids feel comfortable by showing me around she answer all my questions give me that hope feeling. The staffs the town home the area is lovely. My kids can’t wait to move there.

Actual apartments and location are great, but definitely over priced compared to similar apartments on the market. If you plan on moving here make sure you keep your receipts and document everything. Office staff is VERY disorganized. Didn’t informed me I needed a money order for last months rent until over a week into the month when I wasn’t able to log on to the rent portal. Then lost said money order, issued an incorrect final account statement, and accused me of not paying last months rent. After that was resolved I was told I would get my security deposit 20 days after the last day of the lease- it took about double that time and it was mailed to the incorrect address. The entire move out process was far more stressful and complicated than it needed to be.
