Burger King, Providence RI

Listed as open til 1am, fails to mention drive through only. Great to know you can't walk up after 10pm. Real smart.

Very disappointed after spending $30. Nobody have that time to be going back but I’m definitely sharing my experience. The photo speaks for itself! This is what they gave me for the Impossible King Burger.

Just waited 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru for them to tell me that they can't take my order from the drive-thru. Also they never change their grease throughout the day so the fries are always awful at this location.

Horrible I don’t mind waiting in line but I waited 10 minutes to order my food no one was in front of me the guys in the back talking about cars or barbershop instead of actually working the lack of costumer service here is ridiculous! They need to have people that work and know the meaning of costumer service

Food was decent.
I was blown away tho when the cashier asked if we wanted our change! It was only 18 cents, but Damn, it is my money! Not yours! My son told the cashier to keep the change (My change, mind you)
Also when the cashier delivered our food to the car (we had to pull up and wait for it), it was done with an attitude.
You do what you want, but we will never go back to this particular store.

I was already having a bad night then my mom pulled up at Burger King when I got my food the fries were hot but had no salt on them so they tasted disgusting and made me more mad

I just ordered on mobile and omg.best food from night shift crew September 11th 2022 best food from these guys by far! The food was hot fries were salted and they putt extra toppings on my vegan whopper omg amazing

Bad Experience!
Workers couldn't be bothered.

Waited 18 minutes for one whopper meal, at a time with only two other customers were in the restaurant. No one apologized for the long wait time. Employees moved around at a snails pace.
Fast Food?
I couldn't wait any longer and finally requested a refund.
Also, was very dirty and looked unkempt in the kitchen area.

I buy chicken fries, all burning, I asking to change, that make fresh also all burning, I come back and supervisor told me I’m sorry is the oil, we can’t change the oil because they have to change in the night, so I asking u going to be selling like this all day? And she say yes we have to selling all we make in the oil like this.
I think If u supervisor and u know oil is not good is suppose u send employer to change the oil, u don’t need to wait for Night Shift to change.

They Suppossedly Updated thier store.the kitchen was never touched. It truly is disgusting inside this Burger King, the grease is all over that area they work. I could go on and on.but if you have the means to go somewhere else DO IT. My roll was half smashed on one side, like they stood on the roll. My whopper was disgusting, the burger is in pieces. In the garbage that food went.

Bought an icee drink and they gave it to me in a 12 oz instead of a 16 oz cup. I had to tell them several times that the cup was wrong. I was told that the manager says it’s supposed to be in the first cup 12 oz. However it’s advertised as 16oz on the storefront window from Corporate! This tells me they have been giving people smaller sizes all along. Eventually they finally gave me the correct size, 16 oz after I insisted.

So, make sure you look on the bottom of the cups and check what size it is before you purchase…

The service and the foodnis ok but the fountain drinks are the worst i have ever tasted at any BK.

I had a rather unpleasant experience on me in the dinner shift, but lately I've been coming by for breakfast and the service and food have been awesome. I don't know the name of the girl that took our order but I know she has braided hair. She's super nice and very friendly. It's definitely redeemed my opinion about this BK.

The food was okay the customer service was excellent but of course when I got home my order was not right

Every time you step into the establishment your feet stick to the dirty floors that have never been mopped. Staff is straight out of the movie Waiting. Fifteen employees leaning on counters, too busy talking to ask you why you’re there.
Can’t expect much from Burger King however this BK is especially bad. My French fries tasted like fish.my chicken fries were so soggy I couldn’t eat them. I tried to give them to my dog who even sniffed them and walked away they were so disgusting. My sprite was red and tasted like Powerade. I’m going to assume the soft drink lines have never been cleaned just like the sticky floors.

They forgot the dipping sauce for the chicken fries, they didn't put a tomato on my chicken sandwich, plus the food was cold
