Burger King, Central Falls RI

This BK by far is one of the worst BK I been to. The service here is so terrible me and my buddy where on our half hour break and it took them more than 10 minutes to give us our meals. Who waits more than 10 minutes at a fast food restaurant? The manager I believe her name was Gina was literally on her phone the whole time like there was no one there and the other workers were just chitchatting and working extra slow. This location needs to get straighten out seriously.

Every single time
I come to this Burger King every manager is outside smoking and we have to wait until
One of them decides to come in for our order to be taken…
Besides the fact that other times there’s no manager at all…

Worst service ever didn't make my food correctly and forgot mad of my oder I'm never going here again

Every time I am getting food here, they make my sandwiches incorrect and then the employees become rude when I ask for sauce. Every experience here feels like being dipped in a bath of anxiety.

I was hungry and stopped by to grab a quick meal. I got a meal combo of a Whopper, fries and beverage. It cost $13.60. Prices have skyrocketed since the last time I went to Burger King. At least the burger and the fries were good.

Honestly, it feels like in the last year BK decided to:

1. Make everything expensive
2. Drop the food quality

About a week ago I went here and this big guy with a orange shirt was serving me but was way too passive aggressive and rude

I loved the service. The employee was super kind and the place is sanitary. Recommend coming here.

Lonsdale there ok but need to flame broil those burgers and only problem is that most burger kings mess up in food and don’t want to return it they act like it’s coming out their pocket. I bought some food on promenade it was all cold returned it and they gave me 3 meals I lost the envelope the lady is saying she doesn’t believe me. I think it’s just bad customer service I remember the old Burger King they was better than subway back in a day everything natural they would actually return the food if it was an issue

The bacon on the cheese burger for a dollar is false they only put 1/2 a slice of bacon on your burger

Horrible location. This location serves stale bread and can't bother heating the burger patties hot enough to melt cheese. Not hot enough to melt cheese is pathetic. Go somewhere else don't spend your hard earned money on this location

Its not the best food, The only Good stuff is like the burgers And there sodas are never cold and kind of flat. So its not the best but its okay.

I go to this Burger King offten and evry time i get a fun experience the people there a have a great sense of humor!

I believe it was the manager the other day was very rude to employees and to customers. I am always in there and she has never been nice

Hungry this is my restaurant. I have copd and now cannot eat my food cause if he has anything after sticking his fingers all over my frys I can easily catch it and have to be hospitalized I have contacted Corp and spoke to his GM and WILL NEVER return to this location.
