Burger King, Woonsocket RI

This BK has undergone a transformation since the last time I've visited, roughly 3 years ago the dining room looks a lot fancier than I remember it to be, as does the entryway to the restrooms. There's now a neon sign saying 'have it your way' hanging on the wall. The soda dispenser is now the same technology ones I have seen in TN even the staff was much more pleasant to interact with than the ones I remember 3 years back Kudos to BK for a job well done

Tracy has been serving daily for lunch so is spot on the best! Friendly and fast. Always hot fries here

I usually have a pretty good experience but I’m shocked at my experience at 6pm on august 28th. There’s a blonde manager I haven’t seen here before much and she is dreadful. From the way she talks down to employees AND customers to her outright attitude. If you’re having such a terrible day then I suggest limiting customer interaction but this is her everyday, I imagine employee turnover will be quite high.

Very disappointing newly remodeled in the food is still lousy always cold two Whopper Juniors $5 and a small fry came to 13 and insane

$3.45 for a medium fountain beverage that was 90% ice! That's ridiculous!

Today, august 1,2023. The District Manager (DM) was working on expediting and the entire restaurant was at an aw. This district manager treated her employees as if they were scum, they walked around with their eyes wide open from the way she was speaking to them. The girl at the register at one point asked her if she needed help with anything she raised her and and yelled no, get out of here. This wasn’t the only disgusting thing, the customers in the store noticed her attitude, she gave everyone a nasty attitude, spoke to us in a very nasty manner and she did not care when someone told her “hey calm down I’m a customer with a simple question”. This district manager should not have treated her employees and further note her customers this way at all. I will be taking this up to as high as I can go. She was blonde with a black shirt that had JSC on it or letters starting with a j

The woman at the window was so friendly and so accommodating
She even gave my grandson a crown he couldn't have been happier LOL

At about 1140pm, used drive thru. Ordered 2 whopper with cheese meals and a spicy nuggets. One meal came with onion rings, thr othe with fries.
Got home and had to take pictures of the onion rings. They looked and tasted like garbage. The fire were stale.
It's like they said. Hey this is probably the last customer so let's give them all the old food that we have left.
Seemed like a money grab.
I would have rather hey the stuff here may not be the best but the choice is yours.
My wife ate her burger, threw out the onion rings, fries and half of my burger were also thrown out.
The nuggets were fine, just a bit too sweet for me.
Will not be going there at closing time again.

Food was fresh, but they don't tell your your cost. I didn't get any napkins. I was eating in my car for lunch so napkins would be helpful.

The food was ok.
But the dirty establishment.no clients.
I don't know if it is understaffed but they would have to take the time to clean up a bit.
And at least give a good impression to customers who are going to eat at the premises.
I hope that they see this observation that I make as clients and can solve those small details in the near future.

The place was empty at 2 pm. My burger was luke warm and had a pile of 7pickle pieces all on the edge of it, but the fries were hot. I guess you have to catch them when they are busy to get a warm burger.

Keon is the nicest he was our guy today during a rush and saw him accommodating every costumer including myself with a great attitude.good for him!

Well let me start by saying we ordered our food and and didn't get our nuggets when try to find a table all was dirty so we wipe it down ourself got up to get my drink it didn't have the drink I wanted

I just went there grab food 5-22-23 they gave me my meal no fries and no sprite but a coke that tastes flat while complaining other customers before me I was already having a bad day the lady was passing my items with a face then she coughs on my card while looking at me as soon as I give it to her pay for my food then she says sorry like nothing doesn’t even try wipe it down

The chicken nuggets that we ordered were dry, cold and old. It is tough when you are on the highway and you kid is disappointed because the flavor and texture of his chicken nuggets make them impossible to eat. We ordered them through the Burger King app and put in a complaint. They gave us a coupon for more than what we paid for them.

One of the worst BK's ive ever been to. Zero stars if that was a option. They can not get a order correct to save their lives, then when you go back to tell them they messed up they give me a attitude like it was my fault. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Very poor customer service. Poor to non existing ability to take a order correct. Never go to this location unless you want to get very very aggravated and frustrated

Easily one of the most disgusting fast food experiences that I have ever had. I ordered a large fry that was cold, overfried and had onion rings at the bottom. (I suspect that they ran out of fries or didn't want to make more; so they filled the bottom.) The syrup ran out on the Diet Coke; so it was essentially carbonated water. The nuggets and burgers were cold as well. The only thing that tasted good was the measly ranch packet, which makes sense given that it wasn't made in the store. Bottom line: While this place is newly renovated; it is still a complete dump. Go to the Burger King on Mendon or skip it all together.

Always mess up my order. Today bought 2 impossible Whoppers and a large fry. Only received my fry and 1 Whopper. Was charged for both Whoppers.
