Horrible horrible experience! If I could give zero stars I would. We paid CASH for a two piece sectional and have received the wrong sofa twice already. I was told by Costumer service the first delivery that the company is outsourced and “must of tagged the sofa the wrong”. The second delivery they showed up with the right sofa but there were multiple stains on it, a hole in one of the pillows with stuffing coming out and the two pieces were different heights because they had different legs on each piece. I paid over 2000 dollars in CASH for nothing but a headache. I’m still waiting to get the right sofa and they keep pushing the delivery out farther and farther. I’ve asked to speak to a manager at the service department but no one has called me back after 5 days. I will not be giving them my business in the future and recommend you do not either.

We went to Cardi's in Warwick to pick out our brand new bedroom set for our new home finally! We were greeting by the pleasant and professional Desiree! Desiree has a true passion for what she does and has some great insight on what furniture fits you! Not only was she patient but she eased us through the entire process without pushing us to buy and leave. WE picked out the bedroom set WE loved with the assistance of Desiree. Highly recommend working with this Cardi's professional! 5 stars

Shopping at cardi’s was a Breese! Went to the west Warwick location, and was helped by Sarai Ferrazza. She was so easy to talk to about what we wanted for a couch (style, size, price) and she showed us everything in store and gave us her card if we had any questions. Later I got in contact with Gabrielle Knight to see if the couch we wanted was in stock and how long it would take to be delivered.she was so helpful throughout the whole process, she explained the warranty/protection plan very thoroughly (I was nervous buying a light color) she answered all the questions I had and she gave us the fastest shipping day. I ordered Monday 11/1 it just delivered today 11/4.you can’t beat that! The gentleman that delivered were right on time, very nice, and quick! They were in and out in under 20 minutes. I’m so happy with the service, and quality of the product. The couch is even better then the one I saw on display and it comes with throw pillows. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you!

Went to cardis west Warwick after looking at a few other furniture stores. My fiancé and I were promptly greeted by Desiree Boranian. We have a unique shaker room that was challenging to find the right furniture for. Desiree was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We spent a few hours in the store and ended up buying a bedroom set as well. Also ended up doing warranties on everything which is a great deal because you get a coupon for the value paid at the end of the warranty period. Will definitely have a customer for life!

My Delivery guys Chris and Max were absolutely fantastic, really nice guys who took special care to make sure everything was set up perfectly and working before they left. They called ahead to ensure I was ready for delivery and then again when they had arrived. They removed all trash and treated my home and I with courtesy and respect. Even going the extra mile to make sure my bed was facing the proper direction when setting up the adjustable base and mattress. The process was easy, painless and enjoyable because of the quality of service I received from these two gentleman. Can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication! This review is way overdue! This summer my mom & I went to Cardi’s in search of a new mattress and bed set. Our sales rep was Desiree and I must say she made our shopping experience a ever lasting one. Aside from being super knowledgeable about all of the furniture we looked at, she was personable and now a days that’s so hard to come by. Thanks to her I will continue to furnish the rest of my home with Cardi’s furniture and will make sure that I shop on the days that she is working. Once again, thank you Desiree for making our shopping experience fun and breeze, keep up the great work!

When we went there late Sunday, we were greeted by friendly staff. The showroom is huge and contains a wide variety of furniture and other artwork. Its very clean and I noticed a crisp cinnamon smell when walking in. The front entrance is open, but the landscape nearby is under construction so just watch your step depending on where you park. Prices are somewhat high in my personal opinion, but the quality of everything I've bought from them has been excellent and lasted a long time. I've had good experiences with their delivery team every time too. Overall, I think Cardi's presents good value for the money.

I furnished my whole house through Cardi’s and would never go there again. They have the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Not only were scheduled deliveries no shows on multiple occasions, but when they do come they deliver furniture that is heavily damaged. You then have to wait additional MONTHS to get it replaced. I had a pub table delivered with a huge chunk of wood missing. These things could be forgiven if there was any communication. I’ve left at least a dozen emails/voicemails asking to speak to someone over the course of MONTHS and received practically no response. I had one manager respond after about three months of trying only to never get back to me.
Lastly, the delivery people dragged my new sectional across my floor after asking them twice not to move it that way. This left my brand new floors heavily scratched. I had Cardi’s personal contractor come out and he said he could not fix it. I asked Cardi’s to have the check for damages made out to me so I don’t have to depend on a single contractor (things happen, contractors cancel or change prices, etc) and they refuse. After damaging my floors, making me miss work for no show deliveries, and ignoring all my calls/emails, they cant even do this? I would never shop here again and am considering taking them to small claims court.

My husband and I were looking for a special size couch and have had no luck finding it. We went to Cardis and found Vinney Campanella he listened to what we were looking for and spent a the time to configure a sectional to accommodate our specifications. He was very personable and has been great with follow up on our purchase. We had a great experience thanks to Connect.

The worst place I've ever dealt with. I will never go back ever again. Customer service sucks. They bring you broken furniture. Delivery people don't even have tools, they had to use my tools. If you do go and talk to Emily from bedroom furniture I suggest you run, she's all helpful at the beginning but then she can care less about your issues.

First experience shopping Cardi's and I'm glad I did. I know my husband didn't know what to expect when I dragged him along. We were both surprised at just how large the store was and appreciated the fact that we could try out many options and not have to settle for less.
Our salesperson Desiree Boranian was fantastic! She took time to explain everything associated with the sale and make sure all our questions were answered. We both appreciated that she was able to take care of everything quickly and efficiently.
When it came time for delivery Desiree reached out to give us deliver options and make sure everything was scheduled properly. Amazing customer service!
The delivery was SEAMLESS! They gave us the delivery window the night before and called/texted when they were away roughly 30 minutes away. Crew was great, and QUICK! So thankful, neither of us had to reschedule morning meetings. Care was taken not to damage the purchase nor our floors. We will definitely look at Cardi's first for our next purchase!

Always a great experience. Especially now that they remodeled and opened up a lot of walls with windows to allow outside light. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about their customer service and warranty policies.

We recently went to the West Warwick, RI Cardi’s to begin my search for living room furniture. We went in with the intent to just look, not necessarily to buy something right then and there. We were greeted by a sales associate named Desiree who was friendly and all smiles! She was professional, knowledgeable, and very personable which made our furniture shopping experience enjoyable (believe it or not!). She provided us with information not only on the furniture but also gave us a look into how Cardi’s furniture treats their employees. She described the environment there and why she loves working for them, mostly because she felt valued and appreciated. Needless to say, with Desiree’s knowledge and personality, in combination with knowing we were buying from a company that cares about their employees, we were happy to purchase a gorgeous “chofa”! Thank you to Desiree and Cardi’s for making this such an easy decision and process!

We recently purchased a leather sectional from Emily at the west warwick showroom. She was outstanding very helpful and responsive as I drove her crazy with getting measurements and adding pieces taking away pieces and she was always kind and got right back to me. We can’t be happier

We purchased some furniture at the Cardi's on Quaker Lane in Warwick recently. Our sales rep, Desiree Boranian assisted us with the purchase. Her knowledge and professionalism is outstanding. We unfortunatley had some issues and Desiree was available for us at each step in rectifying our situation and insuring our customer satisfaction. It's virtually impossible to reach a person when calling into Cardi's automated system; however, each time we reached out to Desiree she was able to forward us to the proper person. Her willingness to insure our satisfaction "after the sale" was as strong as her eagerness to make the sale. Desiree is a fine example of excellent customer service! She should be the "example" to all your employees. I previously was a Customer Service Manager in the Foodservice industry and I would have loved having an employee like Desiree! TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE customer service! I have just spent almost TWO HOURS on the phone trying to speak to a HUMAN! Apparently, they have none working at CARDI’s!

I am simply trying to cancel a proposed service visit in three days from them to inspect a possible defect on a year old mattress.

I am so disgruntled and disappointed with their lack of communication that after twenty years, I wii never purchase from them AGAIN!

Lisa in the mattress dept was wonderful. She coordinated getting a trundle mattress from another location and got us a curbside delivery for the weekend so we could set up our daughters room. I did not feel pressured or that I was being upsold anything. Great experience all around. Quick and easy.

Huge furniture store. I love coming here knowing I will be able to find what I want and at a good price. They have something for everyone. The store itself is well laid out. Cardi's employees have always been insanely helpful and kind when I have shopped here. I have gotten 2 living room sets and a mattress with this Cardi's, and I will return when I am ready for a new couch in a yr or 2!

Vinny was great! He assisted me in my search for new furniture and answered all of my questions. He took the time to show me options from both Ashley's and Cardis. He helped me get the patio furniture I was looking for and we were able to finish the transaction over the phone, hassel free! Will deft be shopping again. I recently made a purchase with Vinny at the Warwick Cardi's and the customer service was amazing. I needed a lift recliner very quickly due to a family member being hospitalized. Vinny worked with my family and I to send photos and dimensions of in stock items before we even came to the store. This helped to ensure that when I took the time to come to the store I knew I would be able to purchase what I needed. He answered all of my questions and helped me to select the best chair. He took a lot of the stress out of looking knowing I didn't have much time to shop. He also helped to get the recliner delivered the same day so it was ready to bring my loved one home from the hospital. Thank you Vinny and the Cardi's team for your amazing customer service.
