Jon in Johnston is the best! Patient, friendly and honest. No hard sell. Focuses on your needs. Thought a firm mattress would be best. After following Jon's advice and trying several mattresses, a less firm mattress was the best fit. Now I dread getting up from the comfy bed in the morning and look forward to relaxing in bed before falling asleep at night. I would recommend Jon to everyone who wants to find a mattress that suits their needs.

Saw Jon today and he was an absolute delight! Full of information and never stopped smiling. Felt like home when I was here. No pressure what’s so ever and was amazing helping my kidos find the perfect bed that wasn’t 4k lol i typically don’t leave reviews for mattress place but he exceeded our expectations. Bought two nectur beds and left with all smiles. We will definitely be back when we switch our old mattress out! Thank you Jon for all your help!

Tim and Jon were the best salesmen. They didn’t pressure you into something you didn’t want, they were very knowledgeable of all the mattresses in the store and they made us laugh the whole time!

Website says they had a few different types of box springs available at this store, called this morning to double check and was very rudely informed they do not have any of them there and he does not care what the website says. I said maybe you guys should update it and was told "maybe they should" Terrible customer service.

Fantastic place! I had to buy my first mattress and I was baffled by the number of brands and mattresses to purchase online. I was originally going to purchase a mattress in a box as it seemed easier but I'm so glad I went to Cardi's instead as there is nothing like getting to feel the mattresses before you buy them. The gentleman helping me was wonderful; he was honest, upfront and not at all pushy and was able to give me a lot of helpful information on how to choose a mattress to suit me.
