If it wasn't for Meagan NP I would be dead. She ordered a chest X-ray and it wasn't very good. Then she sent me right to the hospital.thank you

I held my place in line by signing in online for an appointment the same day. This worked beautifully. I did not have to wait around to be seen. I highly recommend doing this. The Dr that saw me was knowledgeable and helpful & provided some relief from the muscle pain I was experiencing. This is my 2nd trip to this facility and I will go there again should another urgent care need arise. The only issue was that there was no X-ray tech there that day. I don't think it would have made a difference in the care I received but it would have been better if we had more information to access the issue

Excellant customer service efficient and quick in and out I was very pleased highly recommend

PA or physician that saw me seemed incompetent and was very dismissive with my concerns. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything beyond a cold or cough

Would give 5 stars, but the wait time to get to see a doctor even with pre-registration was excessive. That being said, once I was attended to, everyone was excellent. The nurse and doctor were both very professional and personable. I was treated well and listened to by the doctor. I recommend their services, just be prepared to wait

The room I was in had blood on the floor and the intake nurse had blood on his mask- also I felt like they did not listen at all- I have sprained that ankle many times, did everything I normally do, and they didn’t believe me- told them I can’t apply an ace bandage but they sent me home with one anyway- went to ortho-RI the next day and they took radiographs which showed I likely tore a ligament. I can’t help but feel I was treated less sincerely because I’m female and I’m overweight. I don’t recommend.

I won't be going there again for a DOT physical. Too long to wait. Total time there was 2 hours. The nurse Andrew was very good. Don't remember what type he was.

I went into this Urgent Care at 6: 45pm. They were open till 8: 00pm. No one in the waiting room but they said "We are not seeing anymore patients today". They said they only see two patients an hour and they already had two patients in the back. Doesn't sound right to me.

Time wise - not so bad
Providers in the back - very professional
Cleanliness- they need to do better
Receptionists on - had attitudes, were rude and didn’t seem to have a full grasp of how their own EMR system worked
They were snappy to anyone that walked in after 6 saying “we’re closing in 2 hours” and also gossiped about their personal lives within ear shot of anyone in waiting area.

Fast and easy with a reasonable copay. Will always go here before a hospital emergency room.

I was very satisfied with the service and care I received. It was quicker than I expected. No waiting for hours to be seen. The staff was very caring and helpful. Thank you!

Very pleased with my overall experience there. I highly recommend them. All of the Staff was pleasant and informative.

Very happy with my visit. Only had a short wait. Everyone was from the Medical Assistant to the Physician Assistant were kind, listened to my concerns.
I would definitely not hesitant to use them again if needed.
