Darnell arrived on time, was professional and courteous and steam cleaned carpeted stairs and a bedroom with great efficiency. I thought of replacing the stair carpet but he restored it to brand new condition. I am very pleased.

This company came highly recommended. While I appreciate their business and timely replies over the phone they unfortunately were not very timely on the pickup of the rugs or the return. As a professional myself, I was very disappointed in the lack of communication during these times. I was unable to be at either location for the pickup or return. Therefore I had a very kind neighbor help at one location and had to hire someone for the 2nd location as they only gave me a 30 minute window to arrive since they somehow confused my phone number despite talking to them numerous times. That said, they said they would call when they were 15 minutes away.in the first location they put in the wrong address and wrong town and then had a terrible time finding parking and arrived well past (an hour and 1/2 later) the 3 hour window I asked my neighbor to be available for. For the drop off they also arrived over an hour and a 1/2 past when they said they would, time in which I had to pay for. I'm not sure if you're aware of how tardy your drivers were? My hope is this review will help your company to improve in these areas. Unfortunately this really put out my neighbor and the person I hired to meet your company on the return. A little communication goes a long way. Nobody wants to hear they will be there in 15, and then don't show up for almost 2 more hours.

The owner of the company called me directly to apologize and offered me a credit. He was extremely professional and apologetic. As a business owner myself, I understand things can go wrong and what I pride myself on is to be professional and hold myself and company accountable. Good customer service is hard to come by, a lost art that should be embraced not forgotten. Despite the circumstances, the owner owned up to the mistakes that were made and was generously fair and I would definitely consider using his services again based off his personally reaching out with genuine customer service. That's how you right a wrong, very much appreciated.

Carpet Cleaning Experts were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish for some tile work we needed completed in our basement as well as steam cleaning some furniture. Everyone we interacted with at the Company were courteous, professional, and it was a great experience.

These folks did a fantastic job cleaning my Dad's wall to wall carpet. The team in the office were friendly and explaining the pricing and options for treatment. Darnell, the technician, was superb. He did an amazing job with the carpets. Next time I have any carpet cleaning needs I know who to call.

They proactively moved our appointment earlier to beat bad weather; the man who did the work was kind, professional and friendly; and his carpet cleaning work was superior. He removed all traces of dirty cat claw marks, we're very impressed. We are grateful customers now and for the future.

Would definitely recommend Carpet Cleaning Experts! They were one of the few cleaning companies that also can repair rugs. The rug looks great and their repair was also fantastic!
