These apartments are owned by a person who does not care or show regard for people. Money is all they care about. Do not have any loved one over 65 or disabled live her. I am a social worker. My parents lived here and the management is very uncaring.

This place is a joke! The management doesnt listen to complaints, they take forever to fix things, and are very over priced for what your getting! I would not stay at these apartments!

Highly unprofessional staff, specifically Dan, the property manager, who being a manager doesn't even know how to even talk to the residents. Maintenance is extremely poor and they just won't listen to you at all. If you complain about a problem to the property owners, they either won't even care to respond, but if you are lucky and you get a response back, it would be "Live with it or you can leave". Highly disappointed and will not recommend this apartment to anyone looking around!

UPDATE: Move-Out experience
Per the property manager's advice, we decided to move out in October 2020 after staying at this property for 3 years. Trust me, the move-out experience was even worse, all thanks to the property manager who despite COVID-19 was so inhumane and created more problems for us. The moving company I hired canceled my move at the last minute on a Thursday and the only option I had was to hire a U-Pack, and fortunately, I was able to get one. U-Pack brought the trailer on the Thursday evening itself so that we could load it in the evening itself and U-Pack can pick up the trailer in the morning as it was going to snow on Friday morning. The property manager did not even allow the trailer to stay at the property even when it did not take more than 1 parking slot and was also not blocking any road/passage. I have seen trailers parked at the property when other people moved but they did not allow us. Even after explaining him my situation to as we also had a year old toddler he did not agree for the trailer to stay at the property overnight and I had to request U-Pack to send the trailer back again the next morning and pick it up the same day by noon as U-Pack does not do the pick/drop on weekends. U-Pack folks were considerate enough to understand my situation and agreed to send the trailer the next morning but did charge a $150 fee for that because they had to take the trailer back on Thursday evening and then bring it again on Friday morning. I had to load the trailer on Friday morning while it was snowing so badly and lost an entire day because of that due to which did not have enough time to deep clean the apartment. However, we still did clean the apartment pretty well except for the fridge and the cooking range for which they deducted $450 from the security deposit. They had also refused an in-person move-out inspection because of COVID-19 and when I asked about the reason for that deduction, they mentioned that the carpet was also not clean along with the Kitchen appliances so it was the cleaning fee. At the time of my move-in, I did mention the carpet not being clean but still, they did not take that into consideration. I asked them for the pictures that showed that the carpet was not clean and also the addendum which as per them stated that overnight parking was not allowed, but they simply stopped responding to my emails and forwarded it to their attorney.

After multiple email conversations with their attorney, who asked me not to contact the property management, they were NOT able to provide the pictures I requested for as well as the lease addendum that stated that a trailer could not be parked overnight, and then even he stopped responding to my emails. The last I followed up with them was in May 2021 but never received a response.

I am sharing a detailed experience so that others don't have to go through what I suffered because of these inhumane and unprofessional people.

P. S. - Attached is the screenshot of first email from the attorney (without disclosing any details of the attorney) that I received in Dec 2020 after multiple follow-ups with the property manager.

This is the worst property that you can ever think of. The management is worst and will never help you in anyways. Glen is the one who will talk rudely and behave inappropriately. We all know laws and the legal obligations. It’s the matter of tenant and the management who can talk and give a better solution which will help both sides. But here you will never ever get it. Just be sure to never stay here and think about something better for yourself. I really got the worst experience staying here in terms of threatening and then no help provided by the management
