Consistently screw customers and couriers inside.something needs to change you guys literally ruined bald hill road.

I have to give rhis chic fila 1 star. Its too slow. I get they are typically busy but even when I have gone and theres 1 car in line they are basically preparing my order after I pay. Just frustrating to wait so long for food weather or not its busy.

BEST experience at this location on 10/28/23. Location was packed and very busy for dinner time. We had a large party of 7 that included a 4 year old. A wonderful employee named Frank saw we had been waiting a while and my 4 year old was getting antsy. He brought him a toy cow and asked the name for the order to go check on it. He brought our food out promptly and even went back for extra sauce. A+ service mainly because of Frank!

They KNOW how to season chicken! It's so delicious! I can't resist! It's a good thing they're closed on Sunday! I'd go every Sunday!

A great place for no frills, quick bite yummy food.
Their spicy chicken sandwiches beat other places hands down. Succulent chicken fried with coating of perfectly spiced batter and served in soft sesame bread with mayo and sauce. Simply divine.

This location is horrible. The food taste like wet socks. The service is wack and there slow. I wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you want uncontrollable diarrhea. Not even half a star this place.

The are very nice in fact to nice you can't complain. Because there no overhead or corporate to deal with issues. 2nd xm there forgot my shake had to go all the way back mind I paid 2 different times ordered the same thing and was told that prices went up by 10 cents I paid an extra 6 dollars not happy not going back. No curticy to even make it up 2 me since I'm a regular done

Ate outside and the weather was lovely. The food smacked, had a strawberry milkshake and it was 10/10.

Best fast food I have ever had. I dropped my lemonade and the lid stayed on while it was completely upside down, not a drop spilled.

Unbelievable how u can b 20 cars deep and get through in 10 minutes or less. I love this place. Great prices, friendly people, and fast service. Unlike these other fast food places that have been in business forever and still can't get there business straightened out and have any kind of customer service.

Sweet tea is STALE and SOUR because the lazy employees here are mixing old with the new. I don’t understand how this is not posted on a huge board near the sweet tea station: DUMP THE OLD. DO NOT MIX NEW WITH OLD. The sugar in the tea ferments after it’s been sitting out for 10-12 hours. I just got chick fil a for lunch and can clearly tell someone saved the tea from yesterday and mixed the new tea with it today. And serving nasty sour alcoholic tasting tea to people is so unacceptable, I would expect this from McDonald’s but not chick fil a. It’s what I look forward to most with my meal. I should have tasted it before I left the drive through, by the time I did I was already on the highway back home. Very disappointing! Do better chick fil a. Tea is NOT expensive to make, it’s not worth trying to save pennies when you are serving your customers a nasty, unpalatable product

Good quality & very nice staff. Even when this location is busy they move fast & provide great service.

Great fast food place, one of the best chicken in all of the fast food places. Definitely will be back!

The line is horrible, always, so that kind of stinks, but that's nothing new. My biggest gripe is the fact that they make you order while you're nowhere near the menu board. The honey pimento sandwich sounded amazing, but because it wasn't on the menu sheet, I didn't know about it. It's just weird to have the employees roaming around the drive-thru. I can't imagine they enjoy doing that and it just seems so dangerous, quite frankly.

It was early morning. No one was in line. It’s the excellence that I expect from all other Chick-fil-A’s.
