Chili's Grill & Bar

About as average as it gets. Server forgot our chips but charged for them anyways. Sloppy burger with ingredients that didn't match the menu description. Weak drinks that I can tell didn't include the specified anejo tequila. This location used to be on point, it's fallen a long way.

The only thing I didn't like is they got rid of all-you-can-eat White Chowder / Chips. You still can get the chips. Being back the Chowder its winter

The best Chili's, i live in Cranston and drive further to go to this Chilis. The service is better, the food is cooked better, and it it s a very well run place. They have expeditors that bring out drinks and food. Service is great

Shared some apps and drinks with the ladies. The Smithfield location always has good food. The salmon meal is delish if you want to keep it clean. And the queso and chips is there for everyone else.

The Smithfield Chili’s is a solid good Chili’s I went there about a week ago. Food was good. Waitress was great and attentive! No problems at this visit. The only problem with this Chili’s is the take out portion of the restaurant. Items I have ordered have been unaccounted for SEVERAL times

A nightmare.
Ordered brisket quesadillas. I could barely find any brisket!
Sent it back and ordered a cheeseburger medium well with everything but onions. Burger arrived on a bun with nothing on it. No cheese.nothing.
Sent it back and they brought me a burger that was medium rare at best.
Gave up.
Manager came over and apologized for all the mistakes saying they were very busy! Thursday night and half the tables were empty.
I'd be afraid to come on a Friday or Saturday!
Anyway I'm done with Chili's.
Went home and cooked a that was good.

Food was decent. Service was good. Luncheon specials till 4. Eat early you won't regret it.

Food was really good. But the 5 stars goes to the bartender Missy! Incredible service. Great service and very attentive. Sometimes the service is slow here, but Missy erased that memory. She is running and keeps everyone happy. Great job

The food is good but the staff is GREAT! Pleasant and friendly I feel very welcome every time I'm there ️ the drinks are delicious

Had an Okay Experience tonight. My first waiter wasn’t the best, checked on our table maybe twice, and took forever to place our order. Was never notified he was going in break, and so we were left waiting for someone to take our plates. Melissa (I believe was her name) saved the day though! She was absolutely excellent. I usually never write reviews, but she was kind, sweet, and friendly. My steak was undercooked, and my girlfriends cheese fries came with everything she asked them NOT to put on. But without any issues she took it back and gave us an order of fries absolutely free! She was great! Ask for her if you want some good service.

If you can go somewhere else.
The food was ok at best except the skillet caso amd chips, that was really good.
The server dropped blue cheese all over my sisters prada bag and nephews shorts. She didn't say she was sorry, infact she just walked away without saying a single word. It was pretty pathetic.

Just left chili’s I went to enjoy a dinner with my son and husband on Father’s Day Mind you I been coming here for years the Host was so rude! Older lady with blonde hair and glasses made us wait 15 minutes for a table when there was about 20 tables available she sat us at a table and we asked for a booth she said NO I CANT DO THAT I WILL GET FIRED PEOPLE WITH KIDS CAN ONLY SIT AT TABLES ITS A FIRE HAZARD and refused to let us sit in a booth so we decided she to leave and come to applesbees where we are now waiting for our food at a booth with our child.
As I left she was also being very rude to the people waiting. I will never go to chili’s again. She needs to be fired this is not the job for her!

Just left here I can’t say how impressed I am with holly. Not only was she professional she was polite. I highly recommend her as your server! Thank u holly for making our dinner great

We came here at 8: 30 and the lady rolled her eyes and kept walking then walked to the bar talked to another lady and then told us they were short staff so they were closed. The issue was not that they were closed the issues was her attitude and how she greeted us from the second she saw us.

Was craving ribs. Decided to give Chili's a go. Full rack, I couldn't even finish was a lot for me. The house bbq sauce was good. Nothing special. The street corn on the cob was my favorite.

Nice service, menus were grossly sticky. Wait start was very nice and honest. Mashed potatoes are fake which is unfortunate. Portions were big. Our food was timely. Good cup covers for kids. Bathrooms remotely clean.

Always a fun time when I cone here. There are good drink specials and I love the chips and salsa. The appetizer sampler is a major crowd pleaser. Staff is friendly too.
