They were very polite in saying they couldn't give me the chowder but I appreciate there honestly and how nice they were

This place is swagin. Love me that 3 for 10 deal that they got. Great value on that I say for sure. Staff is real kind too, lots of workers there who deserve the best

Our family wondered why our visits to this Chili's started to be unappetizing and the feeling that food and cleanliness quality had plummeted since 2021. But, on a recent trip to another Chili's, I know this EP Chili's is pretty disgusting with bad service. Burnt, salty food with servers who take your order, put it on your table never to be seen again. One older female server asked us if we could tip in cash as they have to report tips that are charged to cards. Why.this was a good restaurant and now its a joke.

A great meal. Now and then places like this get it right and today was one of those days. The service was spot-on, the drinks were made just right, and the food was absolutely delish! Kudos to the staff today.

I had not been in any Chili's for 4 or 5 years. In the past with a certain group of friends we went one or twice a year.
I have driven by the East Providence location hundreds of times.
And for a long time, my comment was, we should stop in and try it out again sometime.
Father's day 2022 we did.
So, the service was fine, staff was great. Food came in decent time for a holiday.
The food itself, was delicious.
My baked seafood was great.
The good Doctors dish great.
No issue with that.
The cokes not watered down.
But then there is the other issue.
Waiting for a table I went to the restroom.
It was filthy and smelled bad.
Because that got my attention, I started to look on the walls, floors, furniture as I went back to wait.
We were then seated quickly, so I didn't leave, but thought about it.
As I sat and ordered, besides the dirty floors, the walls for a foot and a half up were pretty gross. Our table tho just washed off was greasy.
I have designed restaurants. I know it is a tough business.
I also have owned 4 cleaning businesses over several decades. Keeping them clean is not easy. Economically it is tough to shut down for a complete cleaning.
But seriously, this East Providence location needs it.
It is time to refresh the restaurant.
Then go back to cooking the delicious food.

Today is 5/15/2022. Our waitress was a Chinese woman, When the woman was asking my kids what they wanted to order I was going to talk for them because they all wanted the same order. So when I was going to talk the lady put her hand in my face and told me to be quiet. I felt disrespected because there was no reason for her to put her hands in my face. After that she was collecting drinks to refill them and her hair went inside my husbands drink. Also she picked up the other cups by sticking her fingers inside the cups. I feel like she could’ve just put her hair in a bun because her hair is really long. Every time she would bend down to grab plates or cups her hair would be in the way.

No steaks, no burger buns, no corn and many others. And the French fries were just curly fries from stop an shop. Last time was bad service. This it was service stretched to thin with to many missing items and junk french fries. 3/26/22.

I told them I have a severe dairy allergy. They told me I couldn’t eat the pickles. I checked myself, and informed their own staff that I could in fact eat the fried pickles as long as it came with no ranch. So they brought me pickles with ranch. For my meal, I got a HAMburger because you know, dairy allergy. I reminded them of that. So they brought me a burger with cheese melted on it. Finally when management came out, they blamed it on a young guy in training rather than his supervisor who was there the whole time. Then my boyfriend and I waited 20 minutes for the bill, and they made me pay for my meal that I was too scared to eat. If you have allergies, DON’T GO. Unless you’re trying to end up in the hospital.

UPDATE 1/24/2022. I ordered (Curbside) the Chicken Soft Taco's with sides of Cole Slaw & corn on the cob. The Cob was great, hot/buttery. The Cole Slaw was great, cold and flavorful. The taco's, however, were dry & the soft shells were hard & stale along the top. I emptied out the taco shells & ate the remnants mixed with the cole slaw. My son got the Bacon Burger, it is a problem we have both experienced, Chili's, for some reason, thinks it's a good idea to put the veggies & condiments on the bottom bun. What happens is, you bite into it and the whole burger just slides apart. You end up with this mess of what used to be a burger on your lap. Chili's used to have some of the best burgers ever. Once they changed how they make them? They are terrible to try to eat. Do better Chili's.

I have visited almost all of RI Chilis and I can say that this has been the best. I recommend the fajitas chicken and the cookies with ice cream. If you want a eat without expend to much money this is the place

Worst experience ever with a new employee and when we escalated the situation to the manager she did nOt even apologize for what happened. The wait i can understand, but the poor customer service NOT trash everywhere, napkins in the floor, the restaurant was not even that full….

Waiter made us feel very rushed we sat down didnt even take off our coats do you know what you want to drink i said would you mind if we looked at menu he litterly came back 10 seconds later

I stopped in after work and sat at the bar. Before anyone came to take a drink order for me another gentleman left cause he’d been there a while and nobody took his drink order that’s fine. Took about 10 minutes before someone besides a cook acknowledged me but I got my first beer and the bartender disappeared for another ten minutes and then came back to take my food order, food came quickly but was mediocre. I ordered a second beer because I was just hanging out and watching a football game. Shift change happened as another bartender arrived who was very very quick to ask me if I needed a takeout box which I did, but I was still eating and had a full beer in front of me. Original bartender came back and took the chips I was still eating and placed them in a bag for me and gave me a box for me food before slapping the iPad for me to cash out next to me. I’m the only person at the bar at this point. I really wanted to just stay have some apps and a few beers and watch the football game but after that I decided they wanted me to leave so I did. Service was fairly bad and workers were talking smack about an employee who had an interview during my visit, only a few feet away from me. I’ll be going to the Applebee’s down the street moving forward.

Eat-in is always great. Takeout needs some work. Food is never hot and we always need to reheat it before eating. Having the food sit on a metal rack with no heat source next to a large window and constantly opening door does not help matters. I’ve ordered takeout plenty of times with the same experience. If it wasn’t for my family liking the food, I probably wouldn’t do takeout again.

Just ok some food was hot some cold and they put hot fries over cold old fries but its chills so.sampler platter had cold wings with piping hot sotherolls

First time here, My salad was delicious and very fast and waitress *don't remember name* was very on point with refelling our drinks and checking if everything was OK! 10/10?
