19Alot of new workers, long wait. Had to tell worker to add more quac cause portion was just a tiny speck. Food was good besides that and staff was very polite and courteous
Hey want something a little on the spicy side? Something you probably haven't had before? Why not head on over to Chipotle, you'll love there Mexican fare! And it's alright, if you like it mild you can have it that way too. You can have UT either in a bowl, rapped in a taco or a burrito, pick your favorite meats and veggies. Always made fresh and delicious with some healthy on the side. There prices arnt too bad either, they really fill it up! Well I hope u take my advice and give it a try.
I ordered my food to the wrong location and they still accommodated my order. Very impressed by that level of customer service.
I ordered 3 chicken hard shell tacos for pick up and I come back to my desk at work to this. 2 out of 3 tacos were all crushed and falling apart. Oh and that big chunk of cheese smh. The staff at this store need to do better.
They need to train their employees properly. Almost every time I order from here my food is wrong
They have some really great options for plant-based preferences such as Softitas, Choriza and Veggie whether it's a bowl or a wrap. You can even double up on the plant-based protein for an additional charge. The guacamole is pretty good option to add to any of your meals. The staff there works very hard and are always efficient. They need to do more in keeping the place clean especially the sitting areas where you eat.
I ordered guacamole with my bowl and didn’t get any and the bag of chips had maybe like 20 chips in it. Waste of money. The only reason it’s not a 1 star is because it actually tastes decent.
My veggie bowl was pathetic! No guacamole skimpy with all other ingredients… It was over a 25 minute wait. The place was an unorganized zoo. Dirty etc… so disappointed! WASTE OF MONEY. You guys have gone way down hill.
You guys seriously need to clean your entire restaurant. The bathrooms are grimey. Don't have stainless steel bathrooms if you're not going to keep them polished. Finger prints all over the front doors to the restaurant and glass. Felt dumpy. As a restaurant professional, I know you guys are supposed to keep up with this.
I will not be coming back due to sanitary concerns. Pics of the bathroom attached. All the employees were working very hard and were very polite though. This seems to be a staffing issue. You need 1 more person cleaning and restocking items during a shift.
You should do yourself and your employees and favor and get them all ServSafe Certified, because the condition of the restaurant is unacceptable. Especially during covid.
I'm disgusted to know I've been ordering from this restaurant from Door dash. If I had seen the condition of the restaurant beforehand I would have not done so, so think about who you're affiliating with as well and how happy they would be if someone got sick.
Love chipotle. Been to chipotles in multiple states. This is the worst location I’ve ever experienced. They cannot get a delivery order right. Almost every order is wrong in some way. Wrong meat, wrong toppings, missing items. Please get it together over there!
Just got my food today I ordered a chicken burrito w/ sour cream and guac, and a carnitas quesadilla with beans and sour cream on the side.
What I received 20 minutes after my to go order was supposed to be ready (6: 20pm was my time I waited till about 6: 36) was no guac or sour cream since they "ran out" and they just assumed I would deal with it since they handed me the order than when I stated I was missing the side of guac they told me they had none (at this time I didn't know about the sour cream since I ordered it on the burrito/the side of the quesadilla which is usually in the container the quesadilla is in).
This is when I look over at the line and see they have a full thing of sour cream just waiting to be used. Embarrassingly poor communication but this is understandable even though they were out of items they offered on the app, and refused to give me sour cream for whatever reason. Then I get home and my carnitas quesadilla was actually 3 chicken tacos that were filled to the brim with white rice (which I didn't order) and only one of the tacos actually had any actual amount of chicken, the others had 1 or 2 pieces than cheese and rice, the burrito was fine but no sour cream of course.
Nothing too bad but I just had door dash bring my meal and when I get my bowl for the second time I see that you guys are kinda cheap with the beans but other then that it’s great food but just actually put beans on the meal lol btw my actually name is Ismail if you guys wanna look into the orders
I’ve been here three times now for online orders and it’s been a joke each time. I get a bowl of lettuce with sour cream juice and hardly anything else. It’s like they don’t try with online orders because they know it’s going to get picked up fast and not looked at. Don’t go to this location there are better ones
Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Burrito was literally thrown together, stuff falling out, more liquid than beans, absolutely gross and a waste of money. Probably won't go to any chipotle after this experience
Always superb and consistent regardless of which store I eat. An excellent choice for those on the Keto lifestyle. Chipotle ROCKS!
It's only 7pm. And they were out of cheese.white rice.tomatoes.and lettuce.girl there yelled outloud what they were out of. 3 hours prior to closing. This chipolte has gone so far down hill.
We got Chipotle twice this week. Once we took home, and once we ate in. In both cases, unfortunately, the food wasn't good. Chipotle has taken a turn for the worse.
This Chipotle has really gone downhill since the last time I ate there two years ago. I went yesterday hoping to have a nice lunch before grocery shopping and sadly regretted it. The tables were all filthy. In general, the place looked disheveled and like the owner/management just really doesn't care about hygiene and presentation. With the need for good cleanliness and sanitation fresh in all our minds, this is astounding and appalling. The employees were poorly trained and disorganized. The burrito I ordered ended up being just a complete mess that ressembled an overstuffed dough blob on a plate. Way too much rice was piled on which overwhelmed the other additions and made it impossible to roll into a proper burrito. Whoever owns/runs this Chipotle should really be ashamed of the way it is presently being managed.
Always great food, but I am not paying $10 for a burrito again until they're prices go back to reasonable. $12 with chips and tax? No way.
