Do not order online (doordash). They put only half the size what you generally get in person!

I asked for chicken and barbacoa, which is double meat so I usually pay $12-13. I don't get guac, so why was I charged $16? I got charged for two bowls or what? That white guy they put on register needs to be put in the back, stop playing with my money.

The people in and around this place are getting worse and worse. Some Spanish person was parked blocking the side street completely so they could run in and grab their burrito. And everybody was yelling and throwing things at his car. I thought this was hilarious so I stood outside and watched, phone in hand in-case a fight broke out, but it didn't. Cowards. Anyway the food was good, the entertainment could have been better.

This place has to be the worst Chipotle is Providence, Rhode Island! This new manager does not care that his staff are serving undercooked rice to customers. The last two times I dined at this location, I thought it was by coincidence that the rice served was undercooked. This time dining in, I asked a staff to give me a sample of the rice before ordering. When I tasted the rice, it was definitely undercooked and had a really hard and grainy texture. It tasted really awful.

I brought this issue to the manager’s attention and he responded there is nothing he can do and that he planned to continue serving the undercooked rice until it ran out. His behavior represents someone who operates with complete incompetence and does not care to serve full cooked rice to customers. I will not be returning to this location and strongly encourage others to not patronize a business that does not care to deliver quality food to customers. The attached image does not even do justice highlighting how awful that rice tasted.

Google does not allow a zero review but this location definitely deserves a zero rating!

Yous are ridiculous get better workers honestly.you guys are on a busy street but yet can’t keep up with your orders and apparently don’t care about your customers. Terrible. Never again

Online orders suck here. Barely any food in the meal, made the order wrong, and forgot utensils even though it says it on the receipt. The person who made my meal is obviously not intelligent whatsoever.

Love Chipotle but this is the worst location. Food is rarely ready on time, items are missing, attitude of staff is always poor and productivity is low while waiting. Fix this store.

Should have read the reviews before coming here…. Horrible service. Manager is watching over employees making sure they are giving you half scoops of everything to increase her profit margins. She should be fired. 0/10

This Thayer location always get my things wrong and charge me a little extra, ie get my order wrong like charge me for two barbacoa bowls instead of 1 barbacoa bow and one carnitas.or charge me for guac when I never ordered it.very annoying.

Before I come here I never know what I will get in terms of the quality of food. On some days it is good and some not that great. And I have no way to tell on which days.

Service was absolutely atrocious. They didn’t have any forks and barely added any chicken. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this particular establishment.

I have never seen a chipotle bowl filled so little in my life, I literally think a homeless person would give me more food for free.

Seeing as I've worked at this specific location for roughly 2 years. I know that they don't cut, dice and prep everything themselves and the people that work there are mostly high school students try to make it. So who are you say that they suck. Y'all stuck up, partying collage kids ain't sh*t. Try doing something on your own for once. Learn how to cook!

Ordered on the app and somehow didn’t go thru so when my bf went to go pick it up he had to order there (probably an app thing), but he came back home and said that the girl behind the counter smelled of weed and after fixing our orders didn’t even give him a bag

best thing was some of the chicken in my bowl was legit raw.bf’s order was fine tho

Missed the order again…I asked for black beans, salsa, and sour cream. Was given 3 giant helpings of sour cream. No black beans, no salsa.

They have a very disappointing amount of steak even when I asked for double steak. There was more cheese than rice and they had no forks. I am thoroughly disappointed with this specific establishment.

Love the food staff is very unfriendly out of control
