The customer service at this location is horrible. Drive a few miles down the road to Coventry. Much better attitudes and actually know what they are doing.

Tried to call for help unfreezing my debit card.explained I called the tech number and it won't let me put my card number in.then he says you got to call tech It but doesn't it won't work no help what so ever I been trying to fix this for 2 days so I came buy Christmas presents but looks like it ain't gonna happen.thanks for nothing

I've been in multiple times to change my name and each time I sit waiting while every man that works there stands around chatting. I've been in while there are multiple people waiting for over an hour and they ignore all the people. I've also been back when I'm they only person waiting for over 20 minutes and they just ignore me.

A customer for over 20 years and I would find that they have gone corporate don't care about customers so much eliminating drive-thrus and and The Human Experience all for profit

It tool nearly an hour to meet with someone even after an appointment was set and a teller could have done the work.
