Christmas Day. Reserved an Uber for 5: 10am to go to Logan airport in for 8am flight. Find out at 5am they cancelled. Called City Express last minute, the driver got out of bed and drove me to Logan in record time. Incredibly lucky he was available and answered. Merry Christmas!

We was very disappointed with the serviced. We arrived from other country to Boston Airport Logan at 8: 45 pm and asked them to pick us up at 11: 45 pm in train station in Rhode Island area. And they said: Unfortunately I don't have any drivers for that time sorry.

They said Call us anytime we are available.

Old fashioned taxi cab FRAUD and SCAMMER. Called a ride from the 5 bridges inn to PVD airport. Driver tells us cash only, card machine is broken. 15 later, he turns off the meter. Claims it's $80 (uber showed $35). When I said I haf no cash, the card machine was magically working again. Then he had the nerve to charge a "card convenience fee. " Use Lyft or Uber next time and avoid the meter nonsense.

They are a rip off from smith st to althea st charge me 30$ whene other taxi charge me 11 o 12 rip off

I tried helping someone that was stranded at Kent hospital that needed a ride back home. I allowed her to use my phone and the call just rang and rang and eventually it went to voice mail. LAME!

Charged me 55% more than what Uber would have charged me, save yourself some money and take an Uber
