Great place to do laundry!
Gotta be on time (considerate) to switch/pick up if you decide to leave though. More than once I've been caught in the middle of an outside party pulling laundry out to free up the washer/dryer. (From different perspectives)

Since they changed management it went down hill, the lady or the manager is absoulty rude and blames, and takes it out on the customer, listen lady if this is not the profession you like then find something else. Bring back the other lady she was absoutly wonderful nice and wonderful.this lady complains about everything and swears to. Very bad customer service.

The laundry-mat is great- but the bathroom is disgusting and obviously hasn’t been cleaned in ages. It LITERALLY smells like the monkey section in a zoo

Nahh i paid $40 just for them to lose my calvin klein boxer breifs and all my compression shorts ‍️

Until that old lady that works on diamondhill is fired. I will make sure to leave a bad review every chance i get.

TERRIBLE! Especially the drop off service. Cheryl the older women and new “manager” is as rude as can be. Clothes not even consistently folded correctly, but have no problem literally asking where her tip is. I got a tip for you Cheryl GET A NEW PROFESSION

I only come here for the big washer and dryers. This place has gone downhill with the new workers. I loved the old employees. Always nice and kept the place clean. Now it looks like a dump.

Always has clean machines prices are great especially the big washes only thing I would say that needs attention is the bathrooms they are not clean and the last couple times I been there was no soap to wash your hands with other then that the staff are very nice and helpful when you need them

It may be a good idea NOT to go to the clothesline on diamond hill. The bearings in some of the washers and dryers are noisy.
It's been that way since late spring. This usually means the bearings are bad and will break down. Nothing is being done to fix the bad problems. I will be finding a new laundromat. If the bearing collapses, I don't want to be anywhere near the machines.

I love going to this laundromat and doing my laundry they are always so clean and friendly I drive by three other laundromats to go to that one so what does that tell you quality quality quality

Good clean laundromat. I always forget my card though and that is frustrating we could pay cash.

Some times its clean, but I don't blame the employees, the lady that works there gives her best

Although I reviewed this place once before I will repeat my review. I come here to do my laundry because my apartment complex washers and dryers are too small. Since I started coming here 12yrs ago I never have to wait for a washer or dryer and the staff are super nice.

It's a good, place 100pound and dryers washers really no problems
But when I come here when a lady with long Dark hair works something always happens with my clothes One time she says the washer was rattling and she had to force stop itBut I asked her if my clothes were clean she told me yes no the b**** lied Another timec ome in and my clothes are out in a basket And I know for a fact they are not allowed to touch people's belongings We're really busy need the washer
