We are very fortunate to have Dr. Cicchelli as our primary care provider. He is very knowledgeable and caring. My wife and I are doing very well in our 70's in large part due to his excellent care.

For the last 5 years I have received Excellent Medical Services from the facility staff, the laboratory technicians and Laboratory and very specially from the Primary Care group that takes care of my wife and I, directed by Dr. Robert O Ciccelli, MD. I had a pediatric office in a suburb of Boston MA during 46 years and know that even with the best staff, direction, resources and intentions, things happen that you hate they occur, but if known promptly can be taken care of or corrected for the future: Only good things happened to me at Coastal Medical Newport.

Always pleasant, always professional, coming for my visit during this Covid time was very easy. Dr. Chiccelli is just the best!

This visit was for an annual physical with Dr. Killion. She is always a very careful listener, and she always addresses my questions or complaints thoroughly and understandably.

I was born in Newport but currently live in Smithfield and I still take the 45 minute drive to see my doctor. Dr. Kirchner is the most accommodating doctor to work with. I have lost my health insurance coverage multiple times over the years and had to reschedule, I have had multiple jobs over the years that made it impossible to take time off for my appointments and she will fill out any paperwork needed to make sure you are covered, I have had multiple undiagnosed issues that she is willing to write referrals for take as much lab work as needed even if I specifically request it. I will keep her as long as I can! Also her assistant, Britney is a pleasure! She is always answering my patient portal messages with urgency and is always on top of everything. A lot has changed with the front desk but the staff has been the same for many years and they always remember my name. And billing has always worked with me by setting up smaller monthly amounts. Highly recommend!

I was extremely satisfied with my annual comprehensive physical exam on August 11,2020. With all the changes and disruption to our daily life I did not know what to expect. Procedure was different than past visits but this new system has been very well planned and executed. Medical personnel as always were polite and professional.

Because of your excellent care my Mom lived to celebrate her 92th birthday and enjoy the company of more great-grandchildren. Helpful, engaged and curtious, I have been going to Coastal Medical and Olga Harbar for years. She and the staff are far and away the epitome of medical professionals.

I was nervous at first going to the office for appointment, with COVID19 still lingering. The check in process was easy, waiting in car texting to let them know I arrived. Then an assistant came to car to get me and take me in side door. I was screened for Covid and then taken to the exam room. The room was clean and PPE was used by staff at all times. Check out was right in room, I never saw another patient.
