Cozy cafe with a nice selection of lunch/ Brunch menu. Great food and service. A must try when you are in town.

Went for breakfast, great food, portions (very large, mom took half home) and a fair price. The only thing that causes 4 stars instead of 5 stars was my preference for strong coffee and with Newport water, it's tough to get a good tasting coffee. Unless you let the water sit out overnight.

Corner Cafe was such a treat! The food was great and the staff was even better. We went at about 9am on a Friday and by 10am the placed was packed. They seemed a bit under staffed but the staff that was there made the best of it.the Double Sandwich was really good and the French toast was delicious!

After this meal we agreed it was the best breakfast we’ve ever had! Everything they did, they did well - super fluffy eggs, unique and thoughtful menu options, perfect rosemary seasoned home fries. The atmosphere is ideal, trendy yet homey. Service was quick and friendly, and the owner was walking around talking to customers and wiping down tables, which we were particularly impressed with. Don’t miss this spot when you’re in Newport! I highly recommend the Portuguese Sweetbread Scrambler.

Small eatery with excellent food, an attractive staff, and usually a significant wait during the weekend.

Breakfast. Excellent each time. Pretty good specials. Coffee is excellent. They even have an Irish breakfast. The place is small though and the last time we had to wait to get refills on coffee and tea. Food is excellent and we will be back.

Cozy atmosphere with an impressive menu and friendly staff! We were searching for a breakfast spot that could accommodate someone with dietary restrictions and were thrilled with Corner Cafe. Their gluten free and vegan options were amazing. The staff was patient in explaining the menu and careful to ensure dietary restrictions were met while still serving delicious food. We highly recommend Corner Cafe and will return the next time we are in town.

Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful. And the food is amazing, not to be missed. Just be patient if you have to wait to be seated, it is a popular place after all.

I recommend the California benny's and Portuguese toast with scramble eggs and chorizo.fresh and yummy food and no just that for the amount of food and quality the price is fair. One of the best breakfasts/ brunch places that I ate in the country, plus a huge cup of coffee that make u feel at ur own home.:) :) :) nice attention and cozy place! We love it.

The wait is worth it on the weekends, excellent specialty coffee drinks, a wide variety of breakfast items, from hearty to healthy, from savory to sweet. Kind staff as well.

A quick recommendation led us to the best breakfast of our recent trip to Newport! The bread MUST be baked on the premises and the eggs were poached perfectly. But it was the highly flavored combos that left us returning two days later, delaying our trip home just to have one more meal! I highly recommend adding spinach as we did to the chaurico eggs Benedict we had.and be sure to lick up every ounce of that Hollandaise sauce (though you won't need to be reminded). A top spot for sure!

Good portions of delicious food. My home fries were crispy and nicely seasoned. Not sure what other reviews are talking about. Get something different every time I go and it's always good.

Good coffee and pancakes, great omelette, Red bliss home fries were Bland and too large to get crispy. Home fries need to be crispy. Good place

Delicious, all personnel are fantastic. Everyone is friendly, efficient, informative and patient. The food is amazing and so much to choose from.

Yes, there is a wait for breakfast but so worth it. Just ensure your whole party is present at time if seating.

Dinners.try the seafood and pasta or the filet mignon both for under 25.00. Huge huge portions.just excellent.

Fantastic place to grab breakfast. Its charming, has fast and great service and delicious food. Visited this place during our weekend trip to Newport. Seating was fast, server was quick to respond and overall atmosphere was just delightfull. I truly liked coffee and house special omelette. Would go back but there are so many other great places to visit.

AMAZING breakfast! A bit of a wait, but definitely worth it. Comfy spot with great food, will come back if I am ever in the area again. We ordered omelets, a breakfast sandwich and a stack of pancakes! YUM!

Jordan is an excellent employee! Friendly, efficient and really good at his job. I had home fries and coffee and both were terrific. I highly recommend.

Food and service will not disappoint. The wait can be long at times, but only bc it’s the best breakfast in Newport.
