Cowesett Hills, Warwick RI

Stayed here from September 2021 to October 2022. We moved here from a previous Picerne property because we were expecting our first child and needed another bedroom. They recommended Cowessett because they have a large property with more apartments. This place is so nice. Pretty grounds, tucked away in Warwick. Close to 95 for good highway access. Quiet complex. The apartment was nice and spacious. Plenty of laundry machines per building. The staff here are very friendly. They made it very easy to transition from the previous complex. The only reason we moved out is because rates went up and was out of our budget. Story time: In January, we left for the hospital to deliver our son, and my sister came over to check on the cats. She found the dishwasher and sink were over flooding, a clogged pipe issue. I contacted maintenance and it was all set by the time we came home. Everyone was awesome and stayed in communication with us. They were also excited for the baby and asked about him frequently during our stay. Cannot recommend this complex enough if it's in your budget.

My daughter lived there for a year! Great place, away from the city. It has a pond, ducks, and other small wild life.

We have lived here for a year and just recently extended our lease. Everyone at the leasing office is great, and my neighbors are so friendly and drama free. The new gym is amazing!

If I could put 0 starts, I’ll do it without any hesitation. This management team is the worst ever. This complex is expensive without any reason. The basketball court is trash. The swimming pool is never open. They charge fees for everything.
