Due to a hit & run, our poor vehicle needed repair again. Took it to Crown Collision for the work to be done. They have treated us good in the past, so saw no reason to try anyone else. Seems like it may take a little longer here than some places, but I think its worth the extra time. Seems to be clean & up to date. They keep you informed with texts as far as progress.easy drop off & pick up. They notify the rental company when you return the rental vehicle promptly.

Crown collision is excellent! Took our car there after a minor accident for repair. The initial repair took a week to 10 days, but they did a great job! Twice since picking up the car, we have had problems with the back-up sensors located in the bumper they replaced. We stopped by without an appointment to discuss & expected a "not our fault" type of response. Happily, they took the car right back and attached the sensor again. We were good to go for a few months when the sensor malfunctioned in the car again. Again, we went straight to Crown Collision and again dropped what they were working on and resecured all the sensors again, this time with stronger tape.

Over a year still never got my running board (assuming they just didn't order it since it was on back order) replaced my Borla exhaust with OEM after I said not too MULTIPLE times, overlooked my alignment, bent rear axle from accident. Just all in all was a joke and wished I would have went somewhere else, but was trying to go thru places that Geico had partnerships with at the time and Geico was Zero help at all as well.

All the staffs were so good to me, they treaded me with love and respect, they were so kind, shop is so clean. Now I have a go to spot to go get work done any my car need service and I would recommend anyone that needs car service to go there. Love you guys and thank you so much.

I chose this shop from a recommendation. I will not be going back. Its been two months to get the rear bumper/trunk repaired. Even when the car was waiting for the trunk lid to arrive i specifically called several times to make sure the other body/structure work was being done which did not happen. Now that the lid has arrived an additional two weeks is needed. The repair has been paid through the nose and it cant even be prioritized. Crown Collision Bristol has been the worst experience ive had with a car shop. Go to bristol auto body instead.
