Very professional!

A reliable company with great management and staff, the best storage company that I've ever dealt with. The facilities are clean. A lot of climate-controlled units-important for me because of the weather in summer in the area. The environment/landscaping is really nice (important when waiting a couple of hours for movers). Online notices and reminders of payment are great. Over the past couple of years, I've never had trouble communicating with CubeSmart. Will be back next summer, I hope!

Not happy with their fees.charged me $30.00 for a USED "cubesmart" lock which i could of bought New for 20.00 all day long anywhere else. I told told them i lived 5 minutes away, " I will go get one" BUT since i already rented the unit they told me i couldnt leave without locking an empty unit. 29.00 administration fee. Told me a had to purchase insurance to insure
my OWN belongings. I told them i had home owners insurance but since i didnt have a copy with me i was forsed to purchase theirs. I did not find any of these fee requirements when i researched renting from them. Also the list of things that are forbidden to store there is an arm lengths long. No food canned or other, no liquid, no guns, no ammo, no construction materials, the list go's on. Thank goodness i only have to tent from them for a month or so.

We have had a spot for 2 years after downsizing. Clean. Easily accessible. Pleasant employees

The location seems new but like the neighborhood where it is located. Often you find that storage locations are in odd and dark places but this was in a safe area.

This is my third time moving in 14 months. It’s stressful and unpleasant and who wants to search for and pay for storage, right?

However, Margaret, who manages this CubeSmart, is the most professional, efficient and knowledgeable person one could ask for. Always a clear explanation: all the pros, cons and costs of different types of storage, no surprises, no added fees. She makes it an easy, quick and friendly process. Talk about eliminating one big stressor.

Also, did I mention FAST service? I reserved my space at 11pm on a Sunday night. Margaret called me 12 minutes after CubeSmart opened Monday morning — impressive.

The entire process was seamless. The entire location was immaculate. AND Margaret was great!

Olga was very helpful and explained everything well. She took the time to answer our questions and show us the unit. The drive up units are cleaning and easy to get to. Very satisfied.

Just setup a new space in Wakefield, RI. Great and Helpful staff, particularly in comparison to the new owners at Prime Storage (do NOT use them). Glad it worked out for CubeSmart:)

“Policies and procedures” that each store gets to determine lead to a poor experience. First storage unit I had I was able to furnish renters insurance that covered the unit within 48 hours and was refunded their “mandatory” insurance and the second time I furnished the insurance policy to them and they said they could not refund the first months insurance.
