CVS, Warwick RI

My go to pharmacy! I had a few problems with them in the past, but they are still awesome, and I use them every time I need a prescription. I wouldn’t trust any other pharmacy, the ladies are nice in the pharmacy as well!

Love CVS especially for all the extra care bucks it has given to me and I the easy care program offers and savings you can get and yes it cost $5 per month to be a part of but every month I get mine on the 6th you get $10 in extra care bucks so you make back the cost and get so much more like free delivery for your perceptions and so much more

I’ll never go back there again I’ve been there for 20 years they are the worst in Meadow Brook Plaza mThey used to be the best

Have been dealing with this location over 5 years. Good service, since in Assisted Living and no way to get my meds Bob who is a sweetheart delivers. He never misses a beat don't know what we would do without him. Help are nice and ery nelpful, please thank them a d keep up the good work.

I had to finally leave this pharmacy after continued frustration and misinformation. I get a text RX is ready it is not. They do not apply the right insurance and have to wait for a correction even though I had unused the same insurance for years. They have made me feel I was the one who was wrong. I am going to try Bottonwoods location of CVS and hope it is easier to get my meds every 3 months. Here's hoping!

Come here all the time, the only reason I hate coming here is because of one employee.miserable to talk to and ask questions. I believe her name is Melissa.it’s a depressing time as it is, but asking her a question makes it even worse. I will have to change my time of coming in here.
