CVS, North Providence RI

Easily the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The wait times are horrendously long in the store no matter what time of day you get there. The staff is typically just standing there at their computers with no sense of urgency to help customers. The line could be 4-5 people long and the person at the front of the line isn't even being tended to. The store itself is fine but I highly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you can.

Every month I go to this pharmacy to get my prescription and every single month they tell me it isn’t there and it is out of stock. Every month I wait in line and this shorter brunette pharmacist is AMAZING and checks the shelf and magically it is there. No other pharmacist checks the shelf and month on month on month it is an issue of them saying it is out of stock but not checking the shelf. It takes me about an hour and half to go through the run around to get my medication each month and each time they send me to another line and make me wait. The whole experience is terrible and continues to be an issue. I need to move my prescriptions elsewhere.

The CVS on middle Spring Avenue is by far the best one I have visited. Store is clean, organized, and stocked well. Employees I dealt with reporting Charlene and they were friendly, professional, and very personable.

Wait times in drive through is way to long… I have to put my car in park and wait 10 minutes just to move my car up.it’s like that until my turn after a long day I would like to pick my medication up and go home

Answering service, now they call you back in up to 4 hours. Not calling if a delay with prescription,
Forgoting to give all prescriptions.
Unfortunately this CVS is on down hill slide.
Too bad, good people, corporate fault. 7 days going back and fault, including corporate.

CVS reported $4.1B (that's more than $4,000,000,000) in profits.

There's literally no reason they should be understaffed and forcing their current staff to work under such stressful conditions.

Treat your workers better, corpo.

I went there to pick up my prescription tonight & was told they didn't have anything for me so to try back in a bit. I went home and waited an additional hour then tried calling there three times to see if my prescription was ready, no one called me back & no one answered the phone. I left two messages. I'm waiting to pick up my prescription that was supposed to be ready three hours ago. The only reason why I'm even going to this pharmacy is because my regular CVS pharmacy is closed and I need the prescription tonight.

Was promised my medication in 30 mins … came back an hour later … still not ready and waited over 30 mins in drive thru both times. Don’t think there’s a worse CVS

If you have a question for the pharmacy on the phone, prepare to wait 1+ hours for someone to answer. So many pharmacy techs and no help. Terrible

Pulled up on the drive thru at 9 pm (not busy at all.) to pick up 2 prescriptions for my pregnant wife, which were placed by her doctor hours before, and still not ready. I was told they were busy. Almost every time is the same situation. I called 1 hour later to check on the prescription status and was put on hold until I fell asleep

Only one employee at the front counter running the cash register. Self check out photo and customer service ridiculous.

Worst pharmacy in the state, waited on the phone for 55 minutes and still nobody would pick up.

CVS on Mineral Spring in North Providence has a customer service problem with the employees in the Pharmacy.
I went there to inquire about my Freestyle Libre sensor, they had the wrong one ordered, then I was told everyone was going to lunch.
Very unprofessional, they seem to have a blatant disregard for others medical issues.

Had to pick up over the counter medication for family member front desk hiding behind desk

Playing on phone unbelievable obviously getting paid money to work the holiday on third shift can't even walk up and serve a single customer too busy playing on the phone really?

Excellent service and friendly staff. I would give it 5 stars but there were several items that were not in stock. I love when I get a $5 receipt.

The worse pharmacy service I have ever experienced. I literally. Left my house while on hold, drove through the drive thru to continue to wait another 30 mins. With only one car infront of me! I feel like I am on an episode of MTV punked dealing with place of business

The Pharmacy is horrible you can never get through no one ever answers phone when they do pick up the phone they put you back on hold so frustrating!

I would give zero stars if I could, sat in the drive thru of the pharmacy for 10 minutes with staff walking by an no one saying a word.finally someone walks over an gives me finger telling me one minute.five minutes later comes over the intercom; there was 4 people working in the pharmacy alone.this is unacceptable and ridiculous
