Dave & Buster's Providence

I really enjoyed the food and service. The set up is a little different, and leaves little space for a gaming floor. I didn’t have a bad time, it just felt like a shorter experience than expected due to the lack of games.

Anytime, ️️️️️! I’ll gladly share my personal Dave & Buster’s experience (s), as I’ve visited both for the sake of friends and family fun. For this specific location (i.e, Providence Place Mall), my favorite aspect appears via the front entryway - a lovely “clairvoyant’s oak case” and woman’s “glowing, color-changing-orb, ” who accepts quarters and tells your fortune. Let’s set a date again soon!

Played in the arcade and then got a table to eat. After being sat in the sports area we waited approximately ten minutes for someone to come over to our table. We ended up going to the food court for lunch since no one ever came over. There were 4 people standing at the hostess stand when we left but apparently none were servers.

Good to play but the restaurant side is lacking. Not much on the menu anymore and what they do have they don't have available.

Courtney was an absolute pleasure. If more people treated their guests this way we’d live in a much better world. 10 stars to her. Smile, accommodated my desire for coffee, and a thank you. I used to work in operations for a major restaurant chain; I’d gladly take her to fill any role. Thank you, Courtney!

The environment was desirable. Music at a great volume. It was clean. First time visitors, not the last!

I waited some time before I was asked what drink I would like when the bar was empty and the person who was helping with putting tokens on the cars was not very helpful with how much I should spend for x amount of time played.

If these two things were cleaned up I would give 5 stars

Jimmy O.who works at the bar is wonderful! He goes above and beyond to provide great service! Whenever I go there from now on I will be asking for him! He doesn’t mind questions or explaining what comes with the food or drinks or anything! I really appreciated him! Again, great service at a reasonable price!

I went shopping and had multiple bags some were tearing. There were multiple kids behind me as well as their mother or who ever she was sitting there. They continuously followed me throughout my time there watching my bags. I was at the air hockey machine and they were all behind me. I was at another location and theyvwere there as well. Was followed the entire time. Im sure its on camera.heard a comment from one of the children about me and my bags that I had. I asked staff if they had any bags because I was being followed by kids. I ended up leaving to bring my bags to the car. So uncomfortable it was awful. It. Was my daughter's birthday and we were trying to have a good time not sit there and have to worry about being robbed. I told staff that I was being watched and nobody didn't care

Nice experience, and great value. I was impressed that the prices were not sky high as I expected low quality service and food. I was surprised that service was really good! The place was also very clean, although it was a slow day / time.

Created a D&B account via the app and deposited money into the digital power card and then took the kids Sunday for dinner and games. Dinner was good. After dinner I provided server with my phone number in order to receive 1 chip per $1 spent on food up to 50 chips. Seeing no account recognition of this on the receipt, we inquired about the chips and was told it could take 24 hours for chips to appear on account. Unfortunate, but okay. 48 hours later, still no chips. Our young kids enjoyed the games but value proposition now not what I thought it was.

I came here with my boyfriend on a thursday evening when there were only a few other patrons. We were told to seat ourselves, which we did then we were told the waiter would be right with us. We waited for 10 minutes before siginaling to a different waiter who gave us the same response, and another 10 minute wait. After waiting 20 minutes to get a menu we were finally given one. Throughout this entire period, we were polite and patient at all times and when a waiter finally arrived with a menu, he simply dropped it on our table and walked away, even then we said thank you to which he said "yep" after another long wait he returned and very rudely asked if we wanted any drinks. We ordered the drinks which arrived at a more reasonable pace and we once again thanked the waiter to which we received another 'yep'. At this point we decided enough was enough and left. We have been to this location several times and had no such issues, nor have we ever encountered such a rude and unpleasant staff member or so large of a wait, even during peak hours. Very disappointing

Food was pretty good! Buffalo chicken was awesome! Wife loved the chicken parm. There isn't really a huge selection of games I'd say 60-70% of the games are like slot machine type games, the corn hole and are throwing games were down I really wanted to try those. They had a VR star wars game that was pretty cool.

It's for the young yes but it's fun the menu is small now after covid dinner looks like lunch, the TVs are giant's so that's cool but the mall is horrible spot they need to move new location the service was good the bartender was right on the money fast everyone was very nice. I just wish it wasn't at the mall

Great Family Friendly or solo fun. It gets expensive because you want to keep playing, but other than that it is great!

Went here yesterday for a wrestling event on the TV's and had an awesome time! Hadn't been here in forever and they definitely improved on the games and food compared to 2010 ish. The manager was awesome at taking care of us and you can tell he really cares about his patrons.awesome service all around and our waitress was amazing too.i recommend the siracha honey wings.everyone else's food looked really good too.they're showing Payback next weekend so if we're free we found our new spot.i didn't catch his name but that manager deserves a raise! Pure definition of exemplary customer service.

Who doesn't love going to play your heart out just like you did when we were kids.now with all this adulting going on its great to have an escape

First time I was ever there, and I really enjoyed myself. The food was great and the service was excellent. If you have kids, they will have an awesome time here! It's also a great place to watch all your sports. Family fun for everyone.
