Detailed Destinations, North Providence RI

My husband and I recently went on an 8 day cruise to Italy, Greece & Turkey w/ a group of 28 ppl that left out of Rome. Jamie from Detailed Destinations was the travel agent for all 28 of us and she did a FANTASTIC job. She was always making sure to communicate the best options financially, was very helpful with scheduling making sure we all would have enough time to catch our flights, handled our accommodations in Rome that went spent 2 days in prior to the cruise leaving. She is super friendly and extremely helpful. Definitely look forward to working with her again.

Jamie and the rest of the agent were absolutely wonderful to work with! We planned a Mediterranean cruise, with about 30 of our friends and family. While we were on the cruise at one of our ports we had a wedding ceremony. She helped point us in the right direction for everything we needed. She also booked hotels and flights for the few days beforehand in Rome. Any outside excursions she gave recommendations of different companies and they were all amazing! She helped take much of the stress away making sure everyone taken care of.

I don’t have enough words to express how much Detailed Destinations made my first cruise a wonderful success!

Jamie answered all of the questions (believe me I had alot). She was able to use her personal travel experience to expertly and thoroughly answer my questions. When she didn’t know the answer, she would hop on the phone and call the hotel or cruise line to directly ask them my questions.

She pays attention to every detail of the trip. Printed everything I needed printed. Explained things to me in a way that made sense. Gave me lots of tips and tricks seeing as though it was my first time leading a vacation in my own.

But the thing that impressed me the most was when things went awry (during travel that never happens) she was right there, switching flights, checking me in, calling hotels and finding a way to make sure my vacation wasn’t ruined. I remember thinking, what would I do if I booked this myself?

If you’re on the fence about coming here, you won’t regret it. It’s the only travel agent I will use. I recommend and insist that my family and friends use them too. And to think, I paid the same amount as other people who also went on this trip but I had the safety net of the whole Detailed Destination Team behind me!

It’s been 2 days since I’ve been back and I already went in to book another trip! I wish I could give them 100 stars!

I cannot say enough about how kind, helpful and efficient Jaime was. I had a nightmare of flights booked for many people and she helped me navigate the change and even when the airline charge my credit card instead of deducted she got on the phone and made it happen. I will definitely use this agency for any future travel!

So easy to book my trip to Disney with Michelle at Detailed destinations. And when bad weather got in the way, she and Sherri worked tirelessly to make sure Disney could accommodate new reservation times so we wouldn’t have any days lost. We had a great time and appreciate them so much!

I have used quite a few travel agencies in the past and was never satisfied until I came across Jamie and her team and Detailed Destinations. We booked a cruise and Jamie worked with my parents and I to ensure we were able to get the best deal, she even let us know after booking when the price came down so we could save money. I have a gluten allergy and I feel very comfortable knowing that I will be accommodated while we are away. I have referred a friend and my mother in law to Detailed Destinations and they are more than happy! We will continue to book all of our travel with Detailed Destinations!

Jamie is a great person. Very flexible, attentive, understanding. Pays attention to every detail. Moves mountains to make sure you’re satisfied.

Huge thanks to Jamie for her help with my Caribbean wedding earlier this month. When Hurricane Fiona unfortunately ravaged through the Caribbean, Jamie made sure to have a plan B for my wedding with absolutely no impacts at all to our planned trip! Jamie is extremely easy to work with and took care of me and my group of family and friends that traveled together. I highly recommend doing business with the Detailed Destinations team!

Our arrangements were perfect. Flight to and from Punta Cana were great, transportation was seamless, Dreams Macao was amazing and she even gave us little care packages to travel with, they were an added touch that made us look forward to using this company for all our travel needs in the future. 10/10 for detailed destinations!
