DHL Express ServicePoint, Pawtucket RI

Worst courier out there.a package that should have taken 1 day max to arrive has taken more thank 5 days to arrive. And after I sent an email complaining they "missent" the package to another state. Unbelievable.

I have had a horrible, horrible experience with DHL, probably the worst I've had with any company in my life. I wish I could give it 0 stars. My package was sent from Italy on Dec. 17 and arrived in Boston, MA on Dec. 20 (4 days to cross the ocean). I live in Providence, RI which is less than 55 miles from Boston. Today is January 3 (2 weeks after the package arrived in Boston) and I still don't have the package! I have called them six times in two weeks and I might as well have talked to myself. Each person gave me different information, no one at DHL seems to communicate with anyone else at DHL and no one at DHL seems to care. Each agent told me it would be delivered "tomorrow, " but tomorrow has never come. I think DHL tells you anything to get you off the phone. They now tell me I should receive it on Jan. 6. If it does, by some miracle, arrive on Jan 6 that will mean it has taken SIXTEEN DAYS TO TRAVEL 55 MILES! And they call themselves "Express! " I paid $40 shipping fee for such terrible service. Stay as far away from DHL if you can.

An international package from Canada which normally comes quickly wasn’t showing up. After calling the company of origin, they said it had been delivered a week ago, but not to ME. The driver let a neighboring business sign for and take my package. He left no note or door tag at my business. This is very BAD, if I hadn’t called to track it down, I may have never gotten it. Glad I don’t get DHL deliveries very often

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon to mail an international package. I was a little weary about the exterior but it was nice inside. I wish I got his name, but the very tall guy with the very deep voice that helped me was exceptionally professional and polite. All around good experience at this DHL!

Going on day three of not receiving a (urgent business related) package with a guaranteed delivery date. No phone number to communicate with local office, 800 number claims to contact them while you're on hold but will not allow you to communicate directly. You may be better off receiving your package by sail boat (our package was from Europe) and then horse and buggy for the final leg. Will be sure that any future shipments form suppliers do not use DHL to ship to us. There is a reason DHL failed and has given up at the US market; what do you expect with service like this?

Lost two packages delivered at the same time on the same day, which were then picked up again. Somehow they were able to find one here, but not the other. Customer service also very helpful, and I can't call this facility directly, because they don't have a phone number listed!

Didn't even leave a slip saying how "we wernt home and could call/pick up the package at the post office" been sitting here for over a month for my package and they sent it back to the shipper in china.

Bad management. They just like to throw employees away like they're trash. Pay is ridiculous for everything these drivers do. -5 stars.
