I knew something was off about this place when my hair stylist showed up late because she decided to head to the post office but things really took a turn when I actually started to get my hair done. The stylist put my extensions on way too tight to the point that they were cutting up my scalp. She used different shades of hair and didn’t even sew in my bang area and decided to glue hair on, only after I asked her to do something about the front of my head. I got these for my prom and hoped they’d last until my graduation.they didn’t even last three days because it got too painful. The pain only progressed and i eventually had to take them out myself. There was minimal balding days but if I left the extensions in any longer. I’d look like Mr. Clean. I contacted the store and nothing was really done about it. I got a very minimal apology but there wasn’t any refund or discount for the poor service. The pictures shown were taken days after my wounds started healing.as you can see my scalp was going through it. It’s a shame because i genuinely wanted to like my experience but it’s infuriating that nothings been done about it.
