Domino's Pizza, Providence RI

The quality of this location has drastically declined over the last few months. First our pizza took over an hour to come so they gave us a free one. Used our free pizza for a steak and cheese and it arrives with no steak… then we get another free pizza and they forget half the order! I understand that everyone is understaffed right now but unfortunately I’ve run out of chances with this location.

This place has absolute disgusting and the most disrespectful staff I’ve ever seen. They leave your food outside without a phone call letting you know your food has arrived, if I didn’t have cameras I would’ve never known! Food is not edible after standing outside half hour while your wondering where my food is at. I always tip 15-20% always and have even time to time 30%. You guys lost my business forever dominos.

They take forever for delivery everytime i order it's like 1hr &15 min way to long. & i have to reheat the food which causes it to taste different, & i promise i wouldnt even keep re- ordering from them if there was food in this house. & that is 100% real.

Terrible service on the phone then waited an hour called back was told my order was out for delivery waited another 30 minutes called back and my order was still in the store and they the ask me if I do or don't want my order I tell them not an hour and a half later its cold already they proceed to hang up on me I call back they pick up and hung up quick never again will I order from this dominos

The Domino's on Chalkstone ave. Always makes the pizzas and the pasta bowls perfectly.and our food this time was made on the wrong crust and the Manager Marco fixed it he remade our stuff today and it was absolutely Delicious.ive never had a bad experience here in over 8 yrs.weve gotten pick up and delivery.

My comment is the same as Dennis Clark. I ordered curbside pickup and I sat outside in their parking lot waiting for my food. After 20 mins I went in and got my pizza. My pizza wasn't fresh and I will not be going back to this place ever. Go some where else for your pizza.

This place is so ridiculous. Everytime I order from them I have nothing but problems. I’ve gotten something sent Burnt to to me more than once. I have had a pizza sent to me and it was cut into like 20 little pieces.

If I decide to order their wings again I’m just going to request they be burnt. I think at least that way they’d be half way done. This order I requested my wings WELL DONE (cooked twice) it barely looked cooked once. Soft soggy and gummy UNDONE CHICKEN. Very disappointing. The cheesy bread was on point though‍️

I ordered a steak and cheese hand made pan pizza and they made it all wrong it’s suppose to be Mayo instead of sauce on the pizza it was so disgusting w the sauce I was highly upset and they also took 2 hours to deliver my pizza.

Said carryout until 12: 30AM, I ordered a large at 11: 10, they said 15-20 mins, I came in 17 and the front door is locked. I knocked and was ignored till I went to the side and a delivery driver opened and asked for me. They tried to keep food I paid for.

Best Dominos in Providence. Carla makes best pizza! Sandwiches are very good and variety is excellent. Very clean place. Very courteous drivers.

Just ate 2 slices of the handmade pan style pizza from the store at Chalkstone Ave. Both pizzas dough doesn’t taste fully baked. It was very very soggy. Very upsetting having spent a $30+ for this dinner. The dominos on Hartford Ave was way better. But I couldn’t change my store location on the app.

I normally have good experiences from this Domino's. Tonight I decided to try the curbside delivery option. This entailed waiting in the car for 20 minutes after the food was already done, finally giving up to go into the store, to find out they felt they were too busy to carry food out to their own parking lot. My recommendation is to avoid the curbside delivery option, unless they revamp it to allow the store to send a text saying "never mind.were too busy, come inside. " That way you won't wait so long that your food is cold, like mine was.

I know someone that used to work here. It is a very fun place to fold pizza boxes in, and the food is good. ‍? ‍‍‍? ‍‍‍? ‍‍ Real chefs here.
The person I knew was David and he was a manager. He quit in 2018 tho.

My order has always been made correctly and their delivery service has been on time but their contactless delivery can use some work their drivers don’t do a very good job at letting you know when they arrive and they always make contact with me you’re better off picking up your own pizza

I ordered a pasta alfredo dish and it literally only had 2 pieces of chicken, Alsoooo the amount of pasta they put in the dish is so small, another thing this is the 3rd time i tell them to make sure to add sauces and to not forget to add the icing to my cinnamon twist, i received my delivery with no icing. It’s unfair because i’m paying for my food, i expect it to be on point.sooo Disappointing, i’m never ordering from here again.

I ordred a pizza with a bread bowl with mushrooms and bacon and when the driver came lets just say his name is tim he called saying he was here after that opend the door got my pizza i went to go to the table to place down my pizza and when i came back he was already back in the car he did not even say thank you or have a nice day and also i left him a $2 tip and when i got my food everything look good but when i got to the bread bowl it was burnt all over the sides and they put spinachand there was NO DAMM BREAD and so i called and they never picked up i called SEVERAL TIMES and no ansered like they declined 'the call and i just think that its very unprofessional good thing they gave me my money back.

Whoever they had working 9/6/20 at 11pm needs to get checked.
Wrong order! Called back to either get right order or money back and they disconected their phone line mind you it was 11: 30 they close at 12.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Made an order on the dominos app at 12: 35am and got a call by a dominos representative saying that they don’t do pick up or delivery. Doesn’t make sense because how would they be able to do business. The app guided me to the store saying they deliver or I can pick up because it’s 6 min away. The representative could have told me we don’t want to make pizzas because we close at 1: 15am and I would have understood ‍️.
