Dr. David J. Ward & Dr. Samantha Ward, Woonsocket RI

I’m having a crown done to one of my teeth and they made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. I’ve been going to Dr Wards all of my life going from Dr Vinney Ward to his son Dr. David Ward and now the addition of David’s daughter Dr Samantha Ward. They are the best dental practice in town.

Everyone I’ve dealt with is always honest and trustworthy, kind, professional, and respectful. After a recent unpleasant experience at a chain dental clinic, I learned my lesson and returned to Dr. Ward’s, even though I live far away. I already started recommending them to family members.

Love this office! Everyone is so nice. I needed a crown done and they were able to work me into their schedule.

I went for my dental appointment with Nicole, hygienist. She was amazing. Like always, front desk staff with a smiles. Love it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ward's since I was a child. I scheduled my yearly check-up - which, having been away from the office for a few years due to work, they ignored my 20+ years of history and said I was a new patient.

Unfortunately, an emergency came up at the last minute. I called the office, apologetic, letting them know that I was in a situation I could not get out of and I was very willing to pay any co-pay cost for the last-minute cancellation, but wanted to reschedule, no matter how far out I had to wait. I called twice trying to reschedule and never received a callback, but received a rude letter instead, kicking me out of the practice.

The lack of empathy in the office is astounding. They clearly do not value their patients as people. For a dentist, this experience has truly left an awful taste in my mouth. This rigid and uncaring approach ignores the human aspect of patient care. I cannot recommend this office and would warn anyone to not begin family care here.

Went here several years ago, because Dr Ward was my then-husband's dentist. Amazing staff, always friendly and inviting. I always felt trepidatious going to the dentist, but Dr Ward and his hygienists always made it so comfortable and pleasant for me. Thank you for everything you've done for me-although I have moved to the Midwest, this practice will always hold a special place in my dentist-fearing heart.

This dental office is very professional. If you are nervous going to the dentist then this is the office you should go to. They don't treat you like a number instead you are treated like you are their friend. I love how friendly everyone is. This dental office is the best.

I take them to all their medical appointments and they rave about Dr Ward, his daughters, the dental assistants and the entire staff.

Went to my hygienist appointment today. Nicole did a great job. Dr. Bruno checked my teeth afterwards and suggested that one tooth may need a root canal in the not-too-distant future.

All care was very professional and the office looks great! The recent do-over came out really nice! Feel free to give them a call. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this office everyone there is kind and compassionate I drive over 2 hours for my appts and don't plan on going anyplace anytime soon, Dr Sam is the best!
