Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Morning crew on September 3rd, 2020 at 9am is extremely unprofessional, lazy, and rude. Magnolia H. Was the person that took my order, but everyone working at the time had an attitude. When I asked them to correct my drink order that they got wrong, I was met with pure hostility. After 3 times in a row of them messing up my order, I had to walk in the store myself and have them correct it. Needless to say I felt very unsafe given the Covid-19 environment. The staff had 0 regard for the health of their customers, and 0 regard for the customer service standards that Dunkin’ Is so proud of. Unbelievably, one of the crew members with the blonde hair said sayonara in a very sarcastic way. I will let everyone know to steer clear of this location.

Do yourself a favor and bypass this one and go to the next Dunk. There are only 2, if that, nice staff there that I have been served by. The rest are rude and loud, and have no problem airing their complaints and opinions in public. Im a Dunk fan and man, this place takes the rude donut!

Prob the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. To top it’ off they feel they have the authority to tell you to wear a mask in car. Even when I informed employee of a medical condition. I guess before dunkin decided to police the law they should learn the law. Wearing a mask is not a law and Dunkin’ Donuts has no authority over what a person wears in they’re car. I’m a lawyer and plan to take action. If anyone else experienced this feel free to contact me and I will represent you as well

Love Garden City, my favorite place to shop. A little bit of everything and always can find a good place to stop for a quick bite to eat.

Let’s start off with there morning crew is rude and unprofessional. When you ask to speak to the manager to make a complaint. The manager her name was Casey was rude, ignorant and very unprofessional now I know where the staff gets it from. Lead by example I don’t know how any of them still have a job. Worst customer services ever I had coffee grinds in my coffee. I complained and they spit in my coffee. Overall I would not recommend any of my family, friends or coworkers to go to that one unless you want something extra in your coffee when you complain. I will not go to that Dunkin’ Donuts even if it’s close to my house. I rather travel to another and get great customer service skills

This dunkin is terrible! I always wait over 10 minutes in line, there employees are always smoking cigarettes outside the back door with the door wide open, then will go directly inside and take your order and not wash there hands. The manger and one her employees are disrespectful and rude. They discriminated me and then laughed about it, so with that being said never go there and this won’t be the last they hear of me.

Not the type to complain at all but we just ordered couple things for 4 people (4 drinks and sandwiches) And a women with blonde hair and glasses would just sigh a lot and was being very hostile in the drive thru speaker.she was honestly making us feel uncomfortable from coming here again. The other girls on the other hand are really nice and always on point but someone has to do something about the other one. If she’s the manager I feel bad for the other girls. Thanks for my order anyways!

Drive thru person horrible they didn't put the full order that one person diverse to be fired at least the workers bo how to handle there stress if you see this comment dunkin she is white where glasses blond hair please fire her

Went to your dunkin donuts on cedar st in pawtucket rhode island made my purchase cashier did not give me my debit card back I ask for my card back please and she insisted she gave it back this went on for about 5 minutes in the meantime my card was used at 403 PM to make my purchase at 411pm my card was used at 411 pm this was saturday on may 30th made the purchase at 403pm

The large coffee is a great value and gets me ready for the day. There are friendly staff at this location.

I ordered a large hot latte and including the foam the cup was filled halfway. Ordered half dozen donuts 3 Boston cream and I wanted the rest to be the holiday donuts they gave me all the same. I guess what’s what happens when you don’t check the order when you go to this place.

I went a couple of days to Dunkin Donuts my usual spot this day they're handing out reviews to give feedback to the place I'm like yeah this place is okay I'll give a good review so I can get my order tell him three things that I want it and they messed up all three things I got three Donuts which I was supposed to get a half dozen of donuts that I got a bagel with bacon and it was supposed to just be with butter they gave me cheese I can't have cheese I'm allergic to cheese so they messed everything up I'm like a review they asking for I'm going to give them a review so I go back and complain about it they tell me after talk through drive-thru system that they have there 2 tell them the problem I tell them the problem she told me why did I take the three Donuts instead I should have told them I had a dozen of donuts but she didn't even mean for me to hear it because she was talking to a co-worker so as I pull up to the window everyone smiling at me like I'm an idiot but I keep my cool cuz usually I have a temper but I keep my cool and I just take my dozen my have a dozen of donuts my fixed bagel with bacon and butter the original order that I asked for the day that they're giving people reviews today I feel like I have to give a bad review to Dunkin Donuts and I haven't been back yet

What can I say about this Dunkin - Well its awful. I waited about 10 minutes inside for a coffee. And it was wrong. I didn't feel like waiting around for them to fix it. Then an employee came in for her shift boasting about how she got high before coming to work and all the other employees were jealous about it. I am never coming to this Dunkin' again. I dont care if you get high, you do you, but don't do it before you go into work. Talk about careless. The manager needs to get a hold of their employees. Nothing but TRASH! At least the girl who was waiting on me was nice. Which is why I bumped the review up to a 2.

Good service but you need to pay for a hot cup if you purchase a cold drink and want the cup to keep it cold

What do ya want me to say, it's Dunkin donuts! It's near Saturday morning class so as far as I'm concerned that's all that really matters. Other than that you know that you're getting, because, once again, it's Dunkin freaking donuts.

Only thing that makes me give it two stars is for some of the people. The manager gotta grow up. She throws fits and is rude to customers. Talks about them too. Not to mention what she says behind her employees backs. Only a handful of people make that place worth the visit. Other wise stay away.

Haven't been to this one in yrs. Just moved back in the area so it's close by. Always busy as always.
