This dunkin donuts is a really nice place the staff are awesome and the environment is pretty cozy. The lobby is pretty empty but i think its awesome because your not waiting on any customers in front of you. Dunkin donuts also has a huge menu that you can pick from. Their coffee and donuts i think is what makes this chain at this location pretty good. Id highly suggest this dunkin if you need coffee and other breakfaast need to your early commute to work, etc 5/5 from me

Wish the parking lot was bigger! Other than that, no complaints! Pull into stop and shop if you have a trailer.

I’m so tired of ordering drinks that don’t get filled and it’s a constant argument with the workers that say there’s nothing they can do. I just ordered an extra large and there about two inches of space left in the cup. If I order an XL, I want an XL. Not an XL cup with only the amount of a large or medium. The picture below is what I received. I had not even drank from it yet.

This Dunkin' donuts on Plainfield Street in Providence is almost always out of donuts that you want. Someone in there is not ordering properly.

This is my second one today and I’m not even mad. Always come here and they’re super fast and get things done very easily so I can get to work on time. Absolutely love this spo!

They let employees just close the restaurant when they want here. Memorial day weekend with travelers coming in and out of the parking lot all day to be turned away because "there is only two of us". Fire this manager for this location. No one can go in for bathroom or sit down middle of the day. So dumb

This was last night around 5pm.on 02.26.22 asked if the decaf was fresh girl goes idk I said is it old age says ummm I'm not sure then asked if she could.make a new pot cause she had no clue she goes ummmm I guess some people who work here have no clue what they are doing they have no clue bout dunkin rewards for members totally clueless and I use to love this dunkin I refuse to go to this one ever again order r always wrong

Ordered a small hot cappuccino in the drive thru. Got home and this is how much came in the cup even though i paid full price. If you can't tell from the picture, it is less then half full. This is the second time in not so long a span that this has happened. Will never get drinks from this location ever again.

It's Dunky. Busy, but drive thu moved quickly enough. Their hot chocolate had a weird taste to it. Definitely better at other locations. I order the same thing all the time. Plain bagel toasted with cream cheese, less spread, and medium hot chocolate. Usually, most places can't screw that up.

EXPECT RURAL HILLBILLIES TO DO EXACTLY WHAT THEY DO. This disgusting excuse for a REAL Dunkin shold be shut down, not to mention they block traffic to interstate 95 Providence.

Only go to Dunkin not only for hot coffee but cold drinks too. Always have fun new things to try.

Drive thru is good sometimes has a long line but worth staying in the line because going inside is so much worse. Took 20 mins to wait in line inside and wait for food.

Usually pretty good. Hash browns always seem to be cold. Have to check your bag before you leave. Often, food is missing. Friendly staff though.

When you are leaving the beach hat is in better than a ln iced coffee? Well one where th workers take pride in making it right! Thank you! I will be back!
